First up I’d like to mention that the first week using this I was able to drop a size. But I’m not going to purchase a size smaller I’m just gonna over lap it. You do have to put it on tightly so you can fill the burn. Also you do have to move around not gonna work just sitting like jabba the hut. 😜 also I recommend a better diet and supplements that help increase fat burning. One neat feature I noticed is when I wear the belt at work I have a burst of energy. So that useless fat becomes useful energy. One last time, now I’m not a doctor so talk with them first. But if you continue to wear the belt when eating food. It seems to cause your digestive process to work faster and more efficient. Well at least it does for me. Especially if you have dessert. 😳

The product does what it's advertised to do. The first couple times I wore the belt it took around 10 minutes for my midsection to get real hot. The heat lasts for upwards of an hour after the belt is taken off. My body has adjusted since wearing it, so now it takes around 20 minutes for the same result. I don't know if this will translate into additional fat loss in the area or not, but the belt absolutely heats the area.The one issue I have is areas without fat. My body stores fat in the lower abs and some in the love handles, so those are the areas I wanted to target with this. The issue is that my lower back has zero fat on it, and because of that, the belt heats that area far faster and more intensely. This results in my lower back being absolutely lit on fire before the areas with fat start getting warm. When I say lit on fire, it's to the point where it hurts like hell. To get around this I put a towel in between my lower back and the belt so it doesn't heat that area. This has worked in keeping my lower back cool and the belt only heating the areas with fat. It works, it's just a slight annoyance that I have to do this each time I wear it.

Love this belt. All around heat, no cold spots. I normally wear when relaxing and it works great... I decided to wear during a run and it was even more intense. Takes a little to warm up, but it also is based on your body temp. It is not a sweat belt, you will not sweat. You can wear under your regular clothes, running errands. Not bulky. This belt has helped keep my waistline in place during Quarantine 2020. Great belt.

I love everything about this waist shredder! Fits awesomely. Doesn’t roll up or down it stays in place. To be honest I never never never ever want to invest in another sweat belt ever again a day in my life! All the money I’ve spent over the years paying for sweat belts is ridiculous compared to this! I’m not sure if this existed years ago but it’s amazing and it does everything it says it’s going to do and this is only my second day using it…and to make things even better I didn’t even work out in it yet I haven’t had a chance-but definitely going to work out in it today! Eliminates having to use hot creams with your sweat belts etc this is EVERYTHING SHEESH!! I ordered the thigh and arm ones today and I can’t wait for the trio!! Thank you for making this. Excellent product! It's really attacks that belly fat that's hard to activate. B/c by the time you get tried from your workout that's the time when your core get active then your tried. This helps activate that fat early on before the workout. It's really gets HOT! I've worn it as long as 2 hrs and when I took it off it still was burning for about 25mins afterwards. My girlfriend wore it for 30mins & it was still hot 10mins after. She doesn't like it but I've lost 20Lbs more than her. Now she wear it 😆. But like they say No pain No gain.

Love love this! I tried sweet sweat other belts and nothing is better than this one! It does burn after 10 minutes & haven’t been able to wear it longer than 1 hour.

Very disapointed in this product. Must say, litterally the first 2 days i usted it, amazing. It burned and reslly felt like it was doing something, it would take 10 mins of wearing it and you would feel the burn. After those 2 days i would use it for over 45 mins and not feeling anything at all. Not sure what happened. I dont know if theres something you have to do to the belt to keep it working, but mine does NOT burn anymore.

This product is amazing I started feeling the burn after about 5 minutes at first it scared me because it was burning but then I read the instructions and I realized that was a part of the system if it works like it feels I will be so happy this was my first use I will continue to use it and keep updated on the review as of right now I like it a lot.

I really wish I could give this 5 stars because at first, it was working incredibly well! For once, I had hope that I could beat this stubborn belly fat that I’ve been struggling with for years. In just the first 4 days I noticed that my love handles had shrunk quite a bit! The heat was intense! But I loved it, because I knew it was working! On the 8th day of wearing the belt I noticed that there was little to no heat and I had put it on the same way as the other days. Wet it a bit with water and applied directly to the skin as required. For me, this was a very big investment as I make very little income. I had reached out to Iron Bull through their email to see if maybe they could replace the belt, but I have heard no response. As there are no cleaning instructions, I was wiping it down with water after each heavy use.I am starting to feel hopeless again as I have already noticed a few pounds returning despite my hard work and exercise. I can’t afford to buy another belt that will possibly end up not working again 😢

Lost 5 pounds in 2 days. Make no mistake, this thing works! But you need to have a high heat tolerance. This will literally melt your skin. My advice is to use this in an air conditioned room. You will see your bulged belly gone in as little as 2 weeksExcess water and fat will be flushed intermittently. You will need to stay close to your toilet. This will also aid in digestion and will also restore your proper bowel functions. All you need is a tolerance to skin melting heat!

Fonctionnes vraiment,a près un certain temps on ressens beaucoup de chaleur autour de la taille mais malheureusement le velcro ne fonctionne plus après quelque mois d'utilisation(5 fois semaine)actuellement vu le prix élever de la ceinture ,je continue de l'utiliser en mettent un autre ceinture abdominal par dessus .

This is the third shred belt I have bought from Iron Bull, as I have lost weight I have had to get smaller belts. Each time I have upgraded the belt model, this is the best one for me so far! The heat generated is intense but comfortable, another great purchase from Iron Bull.
