Inside the Osage experience
A beautifully written book, sharing the story of an Osage artist as he sees the old ways of his ancestors give way to changing times. He exposes the corruption of the greedy white men who exploit the newfound material wealth of the Osage.

Knowing the Truth of Injustice and Evil
This is one of the best books I have read in a year! The characters are well described as you read each chapter and the story expands one's understanding of great injustice and oppression of indigenous people.

Excellent read
This brought me back to my childhood growing up in Oklahoma out of the country with native Americans as my best friends. We have failed in this country to assimilate them into our culture fully. In reality after reading this book I’m reminded if there is much in their culture that we could assimilate into and be better off.

I couldn’t put the book down. Each word chosen was very carefully planned and has such meaning behind it. A beautiful representation of the Osage
