I bought this product looking for a replacement for hot spelt cereal (which I am unable to find ANYWHERE). I was pleased to find this cereal although it has a different consistency. The taste is really good and has a slightly nutty flavor. I will be buying this again as this is my new winter hot cereal. I mix with plant based milk, fresh dates and a dash of cinnamon..

Great product.

Great flavor, compared to oatmeal but better and healthier. Spelt is so good for overall health: heart, blood, Liver, pancreas, obesity, you name it... I cook it with Almond milk and it tastes so good. If you’re hesitating to try it, go ahead and google “St Hildegard spelt”, you will find lots of reasons why this Saint recommended spelt as the wonder food for treating (and prevent) a vast number of deceases. I’m glad I found it in Amazon.

It was great added to a whole grain bread recipe. To insure it was well baked, I did parboil it for 3 minutes prior to adding to the bread mixture….perfect.

This is one of my favorite ways to start the day! I love this brand of cracked spelt - I add honey, coconut oil, and a bit of Hildegard's "spices of joy" (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove mixture) and it is simply delicious!

I love it but it doesn’t come in a bigger bag , and it’s too expensive for what you get.

First time trying/cooking with cracked spelt. I used this to make a vegan mushroom risotto and it turned out really great! I want to try it as a hot cereal option as well. Looking forward to testing out other uses!

I really like this spelt grain meal adds a perfect touch to so much dishes. I highly recommend it. I purchased because of St Hildegard's recommendations by her book and name. We all the help & guidance of our HEAVENLY family.
