The cartridge works great and is less expensive than buying in the store. I have purchased them before at least twice and will again when needed.

This product is an official licensed HP printer cartridge that works with various HP printers. It is used in laser jet printers and the set up is very easy. I like that it's an official HP printer as it allows my warranty on the printer itself to continue to be effective. Pricing is better than I was able to get at retail stores.

Initially, I was not pleased with the product and expressed it in my review. With some purchases from Amazon, you are not able to discuss things with the manufacturer, so my only path of frustration was through the review. After the manufacturer read it, they immediately contacted me and explained the production issue with the toner. They were very professional and sincere. They did everything possible to fix this issue and I am very appreciative of their efforts. Again, very professional and responsive.

If your toner light continues to blink after you install a new cartridge, check for stray bits of paper in the machine or some other kind of paper jam. In my case, just a crease in one piece of paper in the paper tray was enough to make the toner light blink.It's pretty stupid that a paper issue make the toner light blink, but it has the advantage of making customers buy more toner.

I have about 2700 prints from one of these cartridges so far. Prints are perfect. These are not fakes but genuine cartridges.The great thing HP does compared to Brother, which I dumped, is that the toner and the drum are one unit. A perfect marriage. With brother printers, you replace the drum and the toner separately. This could mean a small percentage of the time they do not match. A DIRTY secret that brother will not disclose until you get to a higher level of tech support. I had that problem with brother and that is why I switched to HP.

Like many genuine HP products, this is no exception about its quality. You have what you pay for. The black is sharp and it prints clean. Any day, I recommend genuine toner. Not only it will help keep your printer clean longer BUT you print way much more copy than any refurbished cartridge.

These cartridges should last for at least three years. They are designed for my HP printer.
