IT Governance based on Cobit 4.1 - A Management Guide Paperback – December 18, 2007

I found this book quite interesting to have an intro to CobiT. It has some chapters which introduce CobiT in its structure, relationships to other models, etc.It also gives a quite valuable process (controls) summary, but I would like to see some more detail about them. In my opinion 140 pages of content is not enough for this kind of subject, it would be more adequate to have at least 250 to 250 pages.Anyway, when you take the official CobiT content, you can leverage it so it's enough to have a quite good knowledge.Alex Ballarin, Cynertia Consulting. This is a concise catalog of COBIT. I didn't find it useful to understand the topic. It might be useful for someone who already understands COBIT and only needs a quick small reference guide.

Bought this book for a class and it allows me to get an “A” and I only attended half the classes. And the class I did attend I mostly surfed the internet.

Excellent book, to follow the limits that should settle down in the area of technology of any company type

Very disappointed with this book. Provides little implementation help. Seems to focus mostly on stating the elements of COBIT.
