Rose Levy Beranbaum Signature Series Rose's Magic Non-Stick Rolling Pin, Red

This is a very nice rolling pin and is nice and long. It's the length of the wooden pins but is lighter, which is great for arthritic hands. End caps can be removed and you can store rolling gauge strips inside.

I was really excited to receive my rolling pin and noticed it's missing an end cap. So now I have to go to the trouble of sending it back for a replacement with no guarantee that the knew one will have a rubber cap. I guess there is no way to just receive a rubber cap? Since I haven't used it and have no idea if I will like it, I'm giving it a one star. I guess nothing is inspected before it is shipped out.

I like the even thickness and the option to fill it with ice water. But it’s not completely nonstick with sticky dough.

I use this rolling pin with strips to make thin, precise. even thickness sugar cookies. It is longer than most rollers so I can work with large projects. I love that the dough does not stick. One draw back is the material that it is made of is very brittle if dropped and breaks easily. My mistake, though.

I love this rolling pen...light weight and very easy to use.

Even pizza dough doesn’t stick to this lightweight rolling pin. Cleaning in dishwasher was great.

I ordered two. One arrived with both black end pieces and the second one arrived missing one.My expectation is that they have some kind of quality control to see that items get out of the door in the condition that a customer expects. I am NOT impressed! It's pretty bad when an item is reviewed on the condition it arrives in and not the performance of the item.

TO PRICEY FOR A PLASTIC ROLL CUT DOWN
