Told my uncle this thing is good. no need to remember code. he is happy now! but it took me over 20 minutes to fix this thing on his old luggage.

I purchased 2 of these for an up coming trip. As locks go it's just another type lock. They do not really work as advertised. One had with dead batteries. They are DYI, but I had to go out and get longer mounting screws in order to finish installation. I have newer LG android phones and can't get the NFC to pair with the locks. The instructions are vague and the web page support is useless if you are troubleshooting this device. The fob works fine for unlocking, but you may as well just use the key since they are the same size. I bought these specifically for the tracking feature. Since they won't pair with my phones I ended up with regular locks that attach to my luggage. They were cheap enough, but I won't purchase from this company "eGeetouch" again.
