Be careful here, while the description says Adjustable and the reviews clearly talk about incline, vertical and decline positions the above product is a static flat bench. I have just received and queried and been told that I have got what I ordered. I may be naive but adjustable for me means that you can adjust it. For Lions fitness it seems to mean it can be moved. Have asked about returns/refunds. To be fair as a flat bench it is very good for the price. Easy to put together and sturdy just not what I expected from the product description and reviews

I was looking for something to complement my Wondercore Mark 1,and the Mark 2 suggested itself,but I looked around,for something a little cheaper,and happened on this.Initially,I saw it on a well known auction site,which has a video of it in operation,and was impressed.I wrote to the manufacturer,asked a question or two,and the rest was simple,add to basket.It will do nicely,reasonably priced,and very good for that price.It's slightly different to the Wondercore,but I think,equally good IN THEORY----------HOWEVER-----mine came sans the necessary tools to assemble it.Necessitating delays in assembly,however the Lions response was all I could wish for.Company contact [email protected] if you have a similar problem.

Good solid item Im 17stone+ takes weight no problem easy to put together built it in 10 mins using it in 20 min only bad remark is that it arrived pretty badly scratched but still very highly recommended also fast delivery cheers after reading other peoples feedback where they say it doesn't fold flat YES IT DOES they must have built it wrong Remove 3 pins and move front leg forward and fold flat SIMPLES

I'm in exactly the same position as the last person who left a review. The product page is misleading and clearly says the bench folds flat. I bought it because I need to save space, but it juat arrived and now I'll have to send it back.Looks like a perfectly good quality bench. The description is just inaccurate.

Very poorly designed bench. When using is standard flat position, the design puts a huge load through one thin piece of metal where you slide the adjuster bolt through. I weigh 100kg and never had more than 100kg on the bar but the thin metal buckled quickly which makes the bench unstable, unsafe to use and therefore useless. Reported it to the company but they dismissed a return/refund without even investigating. AVOID!! Buy something decent quality.

Great bench 4 money .a 5 yr old could build it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐all day

Brilliant bench, works great for all sorts of work outs.

Although I do also go the gym I like this piece of kit. It does a lot for the money and is cheaper than its main rival. Only extra I would have liked personally is a DVD to go with it. Instructions on how to assemble were also a bit confusing, however don't let this put you off.
