Instruction: 1. Open the foil bag, remove the test and place it on a horizontal surface. While holding the test with one hand, gently remove the foil lid covering the colored cap with the other. ATTENTION! The colored cap contains liquid. 2. Open the individual packaging with a sterile swab applicator. Insert the tampon applicator into the vagina to a depth of 2 cm. Gently rotate the tampon for 20 seconds. Carefully remove it from the vagina. 3. Place the swab in the hole of the color cap, and rotate it for 20 seconds. Carefully remove the tampon applicator by squeezing it on the inside wall of the colored cap. Throw away the swab. ATTENTION! Do not leave the applicator swab in the cap during further testing. 4. Holding the test with one hand, with the other, turn the colored cap in the direction of the arrow (counterclockwise) a quarter of a turn until it stops (Fig. 1). The recesses of the upper and lower parts of the cap should coincide (Fig. 2). Then return the cap to its original position (Fig. 3). 5. Repeat step 4 two more times. In the final position, the recesses of the upper and lower parts of the cap should coincide. 6. Evaluate the result after 10 minutes, but no later than 20 minutes. RESULTS: (-) Negative: One strip is visible in the control zone. If such an indication appears within 10 minutes, then the test is performed correctly, there is no thrush. (+) Positive: Within 10 minutes, two strips are visible. Even a weak test strip indicates a positive result. Thrush is. (error) Erroneous: If not a single strip is visible, then the test was performed incorrectly. The most common reason for the lack of a control band may be an insufficient amount of smear taken or incorrect testing. Repeat testing using a new test. --------------------------- Attention! If you receive a positive test result, you should consult a doctor to prescribe the appropriate treatment
