Materials used are OK but its not upto standard which makes it pointless
I already purchased one of these years ago and hoped this would be of the same quality unfortunately it wasn't. Resistance of heavy bands is way lower from what they should be plus they are not all the same length which means you can't combine all of them together to obtain that so called 100lbs resistance. In photos you can see variation in lengths and difference in thickness of previous one I purchased (can't remember supplier) and this one I just purchased
