I wish more medical personnel knew about this type of device. It is amazingly easy to update. I wish it had a box to check for if there is a living will and if a person is a smoker or drinks alcholol (common questions asked by all doctors). I also wish there was a section dedicated to doctors (like there is surgeries and medications). I have several specialists that I would like to add. I print the file every time I have a doctors appointment. It makes it easier for both my doctors and I. Unfortunately a lot of doctors have policies preventing them from plugging the device into their computers. The company needs to work with doctors and hospitals and emergency services to inform them of the device and it's features.

It’s okay but difficult to tell what information that is being recovered

Ordered three different pairs. Two types of computer reading and one half frame, clear readers. All are if high quality and good fit.Wish the cane with caring cases!
