Very good product but didn't really gain much from the massive amount of calories I got from drinking this 2x per day and then eating another 4k calories... Make sure to add a good amount of water because this stuff is thicker than a snickers lol

As a naturally skinny guy this product has been a big help in increasing muscle growth. I work 7 days a week, so it's a little hard to get enough calories in a day that will have the maximum benefit to my training. It's much easier now than having to over eat at lunch and feel sluggish for the rest of the day. It's also helped to aid in recovery from particularly taxing workouts that have left me sore and wanting to take a day off in the past. I've had a few people comment that they've noticed a difference, which feels great. Vanilla cream flavor was actually pretty good as far as protein/mass gainers go. Definitely recommend!

Out of all the Mass gainers I've taken, this one is the second one to have given me great results. The taste is to my liking and I like how the bag gives a recommended consumption schedule. Though the scope utensil that comes with it is rather small to measure for 1-2 cup(s), it's not a deal breaker. I would recommend this to anyone with high metabolism. The calories are there and there has not been any side effects if used in moderation and not as sole nutritional supplements. Great buy.

One of the best mass gainers I’ve ever used! I train hard at the gym 5 days week sometimes six. Have been struggling to add some weight on my frame. I added this into my diet and I really got the results I was looking for!

Product is not very clear on the how to use... Like you are really going to put in 5 whole scoops to get the 1 serving size: ya that's how this shake is 60g protein... It'll take about 8-10 oz of liquid to make the shake for a single scoop. Flavor not too bad but it's a protein shake. Whole bag here is only 12 servings...

Been making plans trying to get over a lean 135, now I'm straight. It's good for recovery, I take it with naturally beneficial supplements, didn't expect much nutrition from the weak scoop but doesn't seem to be a problem, still increasing the power. I would recommend.
