I’m so glad I bought this sauna blanket! I like the quality/heaviness of the material and the ease of use. I put my temperature setting at 80 which is the max. I wear either long sleeve or long pant under armour type clothing while using (or sweat shirt/pants). The sweat sessions of 30 minutes are so incredible and detoxing! I feel so refreshed and light afterwards. For now I am using the plastic wraps that were provided. The plastic bags help contain the sweat from absorbing into the blanket, though I also dislike wasting all that plastic so I may not continue to use the plastic once it runs out. I lay the blanket on my living room floor, zip it up as much as I can and then watch TV. If you want to contain the heat even more, keep the arm holes zipped closed. For the overall cost upfront, the amount of times I have already used this and will continue to use this in the future, this sauna blanket is totally worth it and then some!

I love my sauna bag! I was bummed about not being able to use the sauna at my POS gym when I canceled my membership bc they were letting it get so run down. But now I have my own personal one at home lol that I don't have to share with random sweaty strangers! :)It came with a package of plastic sheets because you could potentially burn yourself if you get in without a barrier between yourself and the bag ( I just used a regular queen-sized cotton bed sheet or my cocoon sheet I bought to go in my sleeping bag. The COCOON SHEET worked the best and I recommend getting one as it's pretty close to the same size). This baby is super easy to set up & get into and heats up quickly. I can only last about 20 minutes if I really force myself but I think it's only recommended you stay in for no longer than 30. I don't use it in my bed as I don't like the idea of my sweaty neck and hair in my bedding. So I just use it on my floor while I watch TV. Plus I prefer my weight being distributed evenly against the hot bag. Afterward, I feel so relaxed and I feel like I can see improvement in my skin as well. :)

I have used this 4 times. The last 2 times this kept getting super hot. I turned the temp down, but the plastic burned and melted together.. there was smoke too. Today I threw it away after it burned through my mattress! I put towels down in it as well, it kept getting hotter. I can’t believe how dangerous this is!

This thing is great except for the fact that the zipper sucks. Especially when you're trying to zip it across the top corners, it's nearly impossible. Once you get as zipped up as you can though, it's a pretty good experience. I thought I'd turn it up as high as it could go because I usually take things to the extreme but I can't handle it. Set the lower half a little lower than the higher half since body pressure is on it, sit back and sweat it out for about 40 minutes or so. Dreamy.PS: I put it on a lawn chair with a protective pad between to prevent damage to the lawn chair and it's super comfortable!

I purchased the extra large because I am a larger size person. I was concerned that I couldn’t fit, but I did it gets super hot and I followed the instructions and gradually increased the sheet or use it on my bed because it’s easier for me to get up and down And in and out of the blanket.I struggled with the zipper for the first few times on my own. However, I had to ask a roommate to help me zip in. I conducted research and decided to give this one a try because of the reviews and I believe it’s worth the purchase. It cools down really quickly once you zip out of it.So far, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I am so happy with this product I’ve even posted a ridiculous picture of myself here on Amazon , all wrapped up in infrared which may potentially draw mockery and/or taunting—- ad infinitum ! Lol , but really the product did has not disappointed in the least. It shipped from. Hong Kong surprisingly fast & quality is really very impressive. Maybe I expected to be disappointed but I’ve used the infrared “sauna” blanket more than 6 times; the directions it shipped with are clear, the unit easy to operate ( it comes w a remote!) I like a 50 min session @ 75c For me besides relieving joint and muscle pain, stomach pain pain belabored breathing issues I have that nice well being buzz I got from myold challenging 45 min workoutS Mto 4 on the “professional” product at the salon ) and no upper arm sleeves for those using device to burn fat) its absolutely worth my money for what it delivers plus 1) I can use whenever I need /want to without making a reservation; 2) I don’t have to worry about the “ no consecutive days” rule @ spa . Inflammatory episodes are clustered and not alternating! 3) I’m not skeeved by the thought of laying in someone elses sweat! I love love it!💕💕💕💕🧚🏼‍♀️

Iiii don't know about "infared". Giant heated sleeping bag? Yes. I can see how these would be much better for weight-loss compared to the wet saunas though, as this one takes about 10-15 minutes to get the warmth to your bones as the wet saunas kind of just warm the surface of your body and take longer to get your internal temperature up. I was kind of scared after reading reviews of cheaper ones burning holes through stuff. I almost hit that back button with a quickness because of that, but I checked out the reviews and didn't see that here. Seems like the electrical box thingy is suuuuper cheaply made, but the blanket itself feels like I can be shipped off into space in it. Has a real nice solid industrial feel to it. It feels well made. So far no burnt holes in my mattress, so we're good!

I like it. It's simple to use. It just came with thread not seen well near th zipper and I know it will get caught and rip further. I requested a Amazon return and still the seller requests that I contact them before returning to Amazon. Hahaha what?? Dumbe I took extra steps and it tooke to a chat where I submitted fotos and they never upload, several times with no help still. I wasted time. Now I'm anxious as to if it will get returned and reimbursed.

I was sceptical buying this as it was vwey reasonably priced but it was a great purchase and I'm very happy with it.I've used it 10 plus times with no issues. Easy to use, quick to heat up. Gets very hot (max temp 80 degrees Celsius)Would recommend.

The product is ok, it works however , the instructions are in Chinese which is not helpful and it comes with an eu plug so you need an adapter. The little oils that cane with it are nice - better instructions would’ve meant a higher rating

I bought this because the Vanell blanket got top rating on YouTube. However, there’s no indication that what I got was genuine. It doesn’t have the arm zips as shown in the photos. Also it looks identical to other brands that are selling for £100 less.
