I have been using mine now for almost 3 years without issue. I clean them every year and they look as good as the day I purchased them. I use a air compressor to blow out all the dust bunnies and anything else trapped inside, and then I use a water hose and spray them carefully without to much water pressure bearing down on them. Once its washed with water I use the air compressor to blow out all the water and then let them sit in the sun for the afternoon, by mid day they are fully dry and ready to go. These things were built to last!

Purchased to replace original filter, these do the job and they fit good!

Just like a Fresh New Oil Filter in a car is the same way you should treat your CENTRAL AC UNIT. I also have the Honeywell High Efficiency unit to keep air clean. Always treat your system with a Fresh New Filter.

These filters are now white instead of blue, as pictured. Don't worry, it's the same filter. Do worry about washing these filters! It will destroy the electronic charge. It says this in the users manual, but who reads a manual on filters? The HVAC folks who service my system do not know this and I have to rush to intervene every time they come. Why this information is not printed in big letters on the label, I don't know. There must be millions of people out there using useless filters that have been washed!
