I am impressed with the smooth operation and sturdiness of this bike and the good value for money. The manual and assembly guide is excellent. Also the bike benefits from a 6kg flywheel and magnetic resistance which guarantees smooth peddling. I was also impressed with how well made the components were ensuring a strong structure. For ease of movement wheels are added to the front for easy movement. In short, a fine product.

The bike lost a star for being a bit difficult to assemble and having a very uncomfortable seat. Mainly it was OK to assemble but it took a couple of tries to get the handlebars the right way round. In operation the bike is smooth and gives a good workout, at least at our pretty standard fitness level. (It was an upgrade from our previous FSport beginners model.) We found the seat really uncomfortable and had to replace it. Fortunately there are plenty around for those with broader beams. We’ve now got the hang of it and use it most days, so it was a worthwhile purchase. It rolls forward so can be put out of the way when not in use.

Having ridden it daily for over 3 weeks I can safely say it is sturdy and does the job. It is near silent - I was surprised how quiet it is. Not a whisper from it. The only ticking I was worried about turned out to be my laces slapping the pedal arm!My son is 6ft and has no problem with it.Very easy to put together and a reasonably small footprint to store. The lip on the readout console is a nice touch as it holds an ipad, so you can watch TV while you pedal.Update 1 month in: There is one annoying design 'flaw' in that to adjust the saddle height you have to completely remove a knob/screw and raise or lower the seat (quite stiff to do this) and then replace the screw. It can be difficult to line up, even though there's a scale on one side of the seat shaft. This is a pain if you're using the bike with multiple users. A flip type compression switch would have been much better.

Since I received my IC100 pro exercise bike I have used it for ½ an hour every other day (with a short break for Christmas). It has never broken, failed or been uncomfortable. It works extremely well for what I need and I am very glad I purchased it to see me through the winter months before I can get out on my road bike again. Having said that, I'll probably use it in conjunction with my road bike. Great piece of kit, fully worth the money, and I am so glad I did the research and did not go for one of those indoor excercise frames that you attach your own bike to - I've heard so many bad experiences with those things.

The seat was small and very uncomfortable, i got this for my grandson who is 11,even with the seat fully forward he could just reach the pedals,i had to replace the seat

JLL were let down by their courier firm (UK Mail) who delivered late. But even though this was ouside their immediate control, their help desk team went above and beyond to try and rectify the problem and kept us informed all the way. The guarantee of receiving a speedy response was upheld 100%. ***** Five Stars!As for the product, it's our first venture into home fitness for lockdown. We are delighted with the purchase. It's easy to adjust to suit the different needs of family members and is solidly built and very stable and very quiet.Assembly instructions were pretty clear and the bike comes with a whole set of tools. As advised it takes two to assemble because some components are quite heavy.Tip for assemblers: The bottom of the feet have the round dimple with the square hole for the head of the fixing bolt. Once in position, lift each foot and make sure the bolts are fully tightened before use.Tip for users: Unless you are a hardened cyclist, you might want to invest in a gel seat cover or some padded cycling shorts!

Good stable bike, relatively easy to assemble and doesnt take up too much space. Bike looks good and is close to silent In operationThe electronic unit for the monitoring of distance, speed, calories etc is poor quality to touch and look at and mine stopped working altogether after only 2 weeks

Good value, quality product. YouTube videos make assembly simple and straightforward. Bike itself has a small footprint but feels sturdy and flywheel resistance is good for a bike of its price so. Great value for what you get!
