The first one of these I ordered quit heating effectively after less than a month. I am hoping this one hold up better because it it a great way to get pain relief.

While it worked, this unit was fantastic. It heated the water well and provided good pain relief. It would also hold a cold temperature for hours and hours with cold water and ice placed in the tank.After 2 months of use, the heater has completely given out. I've contacted the company for replacement information. Will update when the issue is resolved.

I can use hot side or put ice in it for the cold it helps my back so much its better than a heating pad

Love this little machine. Used it for about 15 months and then it just up and quit. Husband has bad hip/back and uses this machine because it keeps him from having to use pain meds. It's been wonderful. If we can get it fixed, we will buy another one. Worth it!
