It’s not that it’s particularly bad but it’s really weak. It doesn’t feel like it’s cleaning properly and if you press the brush a bit harder against your cheek it stops working. It’s just not giving that deep clean feel I was hoping for. The exfoliating brush and normal brush are pretty much identical. Needed a third firmer setting
