So far so good - two trips now - will continue to update (no rain yet)
Overall, I am impressed. We went ahead and added additional waterproofing (not sure if it was a good move or not) but I had read that the seems could be leaky. After we wet the entire tent down and let it dry, we then used some scotch guard spray and hit the seams more than the rest. You may notice that in the pictures. We took this to Colorado for a 5 night trip, and slept (with a Big Buddy) heater in freezing conditions and the tent stayed nicely warm all night long. One day got fairly warm so we opened up the sides which I think is a great feature. We also spent 5 nights in Texas with temperatures ranging from 46 degrees to 93 degrees (crazy!). The tent handles both temperatures well and held up VERY well in some crazy gusty wind (it was barely noticeable inside).SETUP:We use an inexpensive tarp and just stake the tent right through it. No problem (a 16 x 20) which allows us a small "front porch" area. This tent is easy to setup. Remarkably easy. Stake the tent down around the edges. Put in center pole. Put in door pole. Stake down the guy line stakes. Tighten guy lines. Done. You may need to make some adjustments to initial tent ground stake locations the first time, but we truly had no difficulty and only adjusted one stake a few inches. We used the stove jack to run a gas line to an outside propane tank (like the ones you use with a grill). And put a tent heater (Bug Buddy) just inside under the jack on a fire pit mat. Worked great. Also got a cheap carbon monoxide detector. No problems at all.The SPACE is incredible. There is so much room in this tent. We had two queen beds, a twin floor mat AND a table along with a bunch of clothes, electronics and other random stuff. Never felt crowded.I may upgrade at some point to the white duck version with a fully screened side, but honestly if it's too hot to sleep comfortably, it's too hot for me to camp at all.Really feel like this is a good bargain. We will see how it holds up in the rain and update once that happens.Only con. THIS BABY IS HEEEAAAAVVVY! Glad my husband is around to carry it, or I'd need a dolly/cart to get it moved.

Excellent Quality, Well Built
Just set this up on my property. Very easy setup. The quality seems to be excellent and the canvas is thicker than I thought it would be.Nice and roomy inside.

Made in China
The media could not be loaded. Well, first off this tent came super quick. I ordered one from another company and after 3-4 days, I was notified that it was out stock and asked to cancel the order. You can imagine my surprise when this tent arrived just 2 days later after being ordered on a Saturday.I haven't set it up yet, but a few things I notice off jump street: the material seems to be good quality, all the poles, stakes, and what nots have a nice little bag that they stow away in. But. Plan on needing help moving this thing. Im a pretty strong dude, but even i would be in trouble if I had to go very far from the car to set this up. It. Is. Heavy.I give it 4 stars because I haven't set it up yet, and truth be told, I was wanting an American made product. Its made in China. Big surprise there. But it was $50 cheaper than the other one I ordered so...whatever.I intend to update this review after I set it up, but so far I really don't have any complaints and I'm excited to get out and try this glamping thing out.***Update***I have camped in the tent a few times now, twice during cold weather. The tent stayed nice and cozy with a buddy heater XL on one of the trips, but on the last I ran out of gas and had to use the wood burning stove. It's important to note that while I am very satisfied with my purchase, there are things that I didn't consider, that now, might have impacted what tent I bought. As previously stated, this tent is massive and not easy for one person to take down and put up alone. It takes me the better part of a morning to break camp and get on the road and after having done it a few times for deer season now, I'm a bit more trigger shy; it's hardly worth the effort to put it up alone on a weekend turn and burn.Lastly, if you don't have a place where it can be set up to let dry, extra care must be given so that it isn't stored away wet or you'll wind up with a black and white polka dot tent from the mold. Just something else to consider. But if you consider all the variables, this style of tent is the best and cheapest option outside of buying a camper. And everything I need can fit in the back of a 2017 Nissan versa w a car seat in the back. No truck, no trailer needed.

Great tent.
So I waited until I actually camped in this thing. The good: very spacious on the inside. We got four cots no issue and still had room. It’s made of quality canvas. It is super easy set up. A little buddy heater on low will warm it up great. It’s tough. We left it up in a windstorm in the woods with 60Mph winds and it stood there fine. The only rain that got in was because I forgot to close the flaps on the door so operator error on that one. Once I got it all zipped up it was water tight. And dried really fast the next day. Within 20 min of opening it up.The only bad things I have to say about it is. It’s heavy. But if you want quality it’s going to weigh a bit. My other grip is there are a lot of cordage with this tent that stick out pretty far. Other that that this was a great buy I don’t regret. I’ve done a lot of tent camping and this is the best one I have found. I absolutely love it.
