Definitely worth the money
After waiting ages we finally got the hot tub, so for those who don’t want to read the rest of the review, we love the hot tub and it’s well worth the money!Okay, for those who want to continue reading, here’s my impressions so far, as well as the pros and cons.To start off with, it took a very , very, very long time to get the hot tub. We ordered spa at the beginning of June, and didn’t get it until the 3rd week of September! When we originally ordered the spa we didn’t realize that because of the pandemic, spas are one of the number one items people are purchasing. The only spas that seem to still be easily available are the inflatable type, which we definitely didn’t want.So why did we pick this spa? There were a number of reasons, the biggest of course being the price. Spas can run into the many thousands, and we wanted something for the 2 of us, but didn’t want to break the bank. Also we don’t currently have access to a dedicated 240v connection, so having a spa that runs off of 110v is perfect. Plus this is one of the few 110v spas that can easily be converted into 240v when we decide to add that. Here’s the pros and cons with our spa experience so far:Pros:- Just the right size for 2-3 people (you could fit 4, but it would be tight)- Great solid construction- Spa can be easily converted from 110v to 240v for more power.- The jets are great, even when using 110v power. The low setting is powerful enough for a nice jet feeling, and the high setting gives an excellent massage.- The max temp is 104 degrees (F), which is more than enough for anyone who wants a nice steamy dip.- The spa automatically cycles every 12 hours to keep the water warm and run it through the filter. You can set how long you want it to run during that 12 hour cycle. (i.e. 2 hours cleaning and 10 hours off etc.)- You can change the mode from standard to eco mode to save energy.- The lounge seat is perfect for laying back and being massaged by the multiple jets.Cons:- When the spa was delivered, it didn’t come with the cover that is part of the kit. I contacted Amazon and they didn’t have any covers, so refunded me the cost and I ordered it directly from the cover manufacturer. (Normally this would drop my rating by 1-2 stars, but since I am rating the product and not the reseller, I’m leaving it 5 stars)- The spa does not come with steps, but there are a number of them that can be purchased online.- It takes 18-24 hours to first heat the spa on 110v, so for fast heating we may switch to 220v.General comments:- Delivery is curbside, so you will need help getting it to where you want it to reside. If you have to lift the tub you will need 3-4 people since it’s approximately 360 pounds, but I was able to slide mine on ¾ inch plywood and plastic tarps by myself, since it is wrapped in thick plastic. (then I just needed 1 other person to help me tip it down since it arrives on its side).- Important info on changing the mode: Many of the tubs have their mode “locked” into the standard mode so it doesn’t get switched during shipping. To unlock it you just need to remove the pump cover (2 screws at the top) and switch the A7 dip switch to off instead of on. On the inside of the cover that is removed there is a chart for all of the dip switch settings. (Make sure to turn off the power before removing the cover!)- When you first start it up you may need to “prime the pump” first because of air in the jet lines. The manual has easy instructions for doing this (by just using the jets button on the main panel), and it took me less a minute to complete and get everything running. So as mentioned at the beginning, this is an excellent 2-3 person spa that doesn’t break the budget. It’s also easy to set up and so far we’re loving it!Edited 2/1/21 The hot tub is still running great, but I wanted to add one note on the "free filter if you write an Amazon review" info card that is with the installation instructions. I wrote a review and sent the link to their support site as instructed back in October, and 4 months later have still not received anything. So I'm not going to lower my star rating because the hot tub is great, but don't hold your breath on getting the "free" filter.

Very Impressed!
Although it took a while to get this hot tub delivered (we were forewarned that it would take a while), we are very pleased with it. Delivery and set up were a breeze. It was pretty much "Plug & Play". We rinsed it out per the directions, filled it with water and plugged it in late in the afternoon. By the next morning, the temperature was at 104 degrees. Overall, the quality exceeds my expectations. It appears to be very well made. The jets work very well. It holds the temperature well. The insulated cover is surprisingly very well made. I say surprisingly only because of the relatively low cost. The only problem is that the access panel does not lock properly, but that is something I will be able to easily fix.I figured that we would try it for a while on 110 voltage and then probably rewire it it to run on 220 volts. But, so far, 110 volts seems fine. We will see how well it maintains the temperature in the fall when it gets cooler. The best part is that both my wife and our granddaughter are very pleased with our new hot tub! And if they are happy, then I am happy. This purchase has earned me boucoup brownie points with them. They no longer complain when I ask them to fetch me a beer.

Just right for the 2 of us
This was exactly what I was looking for. It's mostly just for me and my wife to use. It's just the right size for us, but I wouldn't recommend filling it to the fully advertized 4 person capacity unless you want to play footsie. We didn't want one of those cheap inflatable hot tubs. I read they don't last long plus they don't have seats or proper jets like real hot tubs. On the other hand, I didn't want to buy one of those jumbo several thousand dollar tubs just for the two of us to use, along with the added cost of heating it all year long. This was just the right size, has solid construction meant to last, proper seats, proper jets, and unlike other comparable (but not less expensive) competitors I checked out, allows for 240V conversion for faster heating. I used it for a couple weeks before I wrote the review to make sure it's working well and I'm perfectly satisfied so far.

Great tub for a great price!
We have wanted a hot tub for years, but didn’t want to spend several thousand dollars for one. When we saw this tub on Amazon a couple months ago, we decided to try it out. We are so glad we did!It took a few weeks for delivery, but it was totally worth the wait. Super easy to set up and it looks nice, too. It took about 12-14 hours(with the cover on) to get to 100 degrees, So far it is keeping heat in well using the 110 outlet, but we may change to 220 this winter, if needed. It is roomier than we thought it would be. It can easily fit 4 adults if they are all sitting up(instead of using the lounger). Overall, we are thrilled with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.
