As soon as I opened the box I already knew this product would be good. I found a fitting Door Frame in my house and then went for it. After 5 minutes all my muscles were on fire, sweat dripping down my entire body, I knew already, that this thing is amazing. I went on for another 10 minutes, pushing myself to the very limit. Afterwards I needed a rest, while I was at it I also decided to read the instruction manual, it turns out that to set this thing up you don't actually spin the gel parts, but instead you spin the whole bar which makes the entire thing get longer.But hey, I ain't complaining, I never knew my wrists had so much power in them. And if that's just the setup part, imagine the things you can do after you actually get this on.10/10 product, it does much more than just let you build muscle, it also helps you build as a person. Showing the importance of reading to us all and to be thankful for the privilege of living in locations where education is so easily accessible.

I took a chance and bought this without any reviews after noticing with fakespot that the high ratings for similar products were fakes. I half expected it wouldn't work and would have to be sent back. To my surprise it does work, easily supporting an adult male without even turning it very hard to get the maximum grip on the doorframe.It is remarkably easy to mount. You just place screw it until it is just less than the width of the door frame, put it in position and give a few more turns. Both ends screw, one with the thread inverted so turning the bar will make both ends tighter or looser at the same time.It is, as claimed, comfortable to use, with a nice thick bar. The drawback with this method is that the bar is only about 6' from the floor so you have to bend at the knees if you want to pull from a straight arm.One gripe is that the instructions said you should first measure your doorframe carefully and check it is within the specified range. Guess what, there is no range specified anywhere. It isn't a problem. There is a lot of thread in the end bars so it would fit most single door frames.The mechanism for preventing turning is slightly odd. The clamps sit on the end pieces and abut the main bar. This means if the bar turns it will try to screw towards one end and will be unable to. When I worked out how it was supposed to function (this took some time as there is no explanation and the pictures show the clamps tightened in the wrong place, where they could not possibly achieve anything) I was dubious but it does seem to work ok.I would have given it 5 stars except that the one I received was clearly a return, already assembled and showing slight signs of wear.

My daughter loves this and helped her to do conditioning training for her gymnastics but sadly after using for only a month the rubber end bits came off and the whole thing fell down in the middle of the night, it’s really dangerous and now I’ve wasted £30 😞

There are no problem with the bar even it doesn't work for me at all because of not strong enough walls where I wanted to put it.But Amazon! Do you, guys, hate environment and your customers? Why the hell you pack just a piece of metal to that crazy bunch of paper and box, even oversized for normal delivery by post?!!! I could hardly find room in my boot for it when been collected.

Owned a few pull up bars over the years and this one is worth every penny. I purchased it half expecting to have to return it and this has exceed every expectation. If you want a pull up bar and you live in rented accommodation this is the bar you want!

The bar is is really high quality, well made and heavy duty.Installing it was a breeze and using it is fun. It feels really stable and foam grips are good looking and super functional.It's been almost a year since I bought it and I feel confident enough to say that this bar is going to last a long time.A great addition to my office.

This device is excellent. Be sure to use safely. I have been able to use this without the recommended grip surface (there is no flat surface available in my house) and it holds my weight well but I put a pile of pillows on the floor just in case it gives - so far it hasn't and it feels secure. I don't doubt that if I were using it properly I would not need the pillows (I weigh 150 lbs) What is great is that you can put it at various heights and do a variety of exercises.You can also do wide grip pull-ups with it by holding the door top with one hand and the bar with the other.

Was looking for a bar that's comfy, affordable, can take a decent amount of weight, and won't destroy my doorframe. This one hit the spot!Really pleased with the mechanism for attaching it to the doorframe. Just twist each end until the rubber presses into the frame. No mess, no noise and no permanence!And surprisingly sturdy given that there's no screws involved! I weigh 72kg and use this daily and there's no signs of bending or breakage so it's all thumbs up from here!

Von mir gibt es nur einen Stern, da man das, was man damit machen sollte, nicht wirklich machen kann.Wir haben einen massiven Türrahmen mit Metallrahmen. Das Reck lässt sich zum Einen schwer feststellen, daher rutscht es schnell und man hat Angst beim Klimmzug auf den Boden zu krachen. Ich habe die Stange so fest es geht in den Rahmen geklemmt. Trotz des Haftgummis, wurde der Lack im Türrahmen beschädigt bzw. komplett abgerieben. Gehalten hat die Stange danach leider immer noch nicht.Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.Hoffe, dass es dem ein oder Anderen bei der Entscheidungsfindung hilft.

Die Klemmschellen die ein Verdrehen der Stange verhindern sollen sind ein absoluter Witz, viel zu groß im Durchmesser was dann mit einer Schraube die durch die Schelle geschraubt ist kompensiert werden soll (das kann nichts klemmen,da viel zu wenig Auflagefläche), wer glaubt er bekommt hier eine Schelle wie am Schnellspanner eines Rades ist auf der Falschen fährte. Halten tut die stange so einigermaßen aber nur wenn man sehr fest zudreht und das macht der Türrahmen bei den meisten nicht mit. Bei mir hat der Türahmen sehr laut geknackt ich werd das weiter beobachten. Ich finde da ist ein Türrahmen nicht geeignet das sollte dann schon ein Stahltürrahmen oder vergleichbares sein. Artikel geht zurück.

… diese Frage stellte sich meiner Tochter und mir nachdem wir 1 1/2 Stunden mit aller zur Verfügung stehender Kraft (bestellen uns ja nicht umsonst so ein Ding ;-) und Unterstützung einer Rohrzange zum festziehen (man weiß sich ja zu helfen :-) den Wohnzimmertürrahmen, 80 cm breit, ruiniert hatten (Loch in der Verkleidung einer überzogenen Holztüre) und das Ding nicht hielt.Da wir aber schon vieles im Laufe der langen gemeinsamen Zeit und ohne Mann im Haus "irgendwie" hin gekriegt hatten kam uns nach dieser völlig sinnfreien Möglichkeit des Anbringens eines Artikels bei dem das zumindest ohne Verschrauben nicht möglich ist (!) die Idee das wir das Ding von oben in den Rahmen unserer Speiss-Türe (Wichtig!: hat weniger als 65 cm Breite!) schieben könnten und WOW! was waren wir doch vorher dumm! Es hielt.. Halleluja und Juhu…… wir übten Klimmzüge und "aushängen" und "dran hängen" nun immerhin 2 Tage lang.. bis vorhin.. als das Ding plötzlich nach vorgespiegeltem BOMBENFESTEM Halt durch EINZWÄNGEN erst langsam rechts... dann links.. nach unten rutsche...Resümee: und Tschüss.. geht zurück. Ist unserer Meinung nach außer umsonst gemachten Hoffnungen, Ärger und einem eingerissenen Tühr-Rahmen im gemieteten Haus (!) KEINEN CENT wert.

Ich muss zugeben, dass mein Anwendungsfall mit 102cm Abstand für diese Klimmzugstange grenzwertig ist.Dennoch liege ich unter dem angegebenen Maximalwert, weshalb ich dieses Produkt schlussendlich auch gekauft habe.Leider musste ich feststellen, dass sich die Stange bereits bei einer Belastung von 70kg sehr stark durchbiegt. Sie hat die anfänglichen Versuche zwar ausgehalten und ist nicht abgerutscht, dennoch wollte ich kein Risiko eingehen. Die sehr starke Biegung hat mich zweifeln lassen, dass dies auf Dauer gut geht. Ich habe die Klimmzugstange retourniert.

Ich war erst skeptisch ob die Kilmmzugstange auch ohne Festschrauben hält, aber sie tut es! Ich bin begeistert. ich habe einen sehr schmalen Türrahmen und sie hat auch perfekt gepasst. davor hatte ich ausversehen eine zu lange bestellt! Also unbedingt Türrahmen messen!Ich musste mich allerdings etwas daran gewöhnen, dass sich die Stange immer etwas "hin- und herdreht" wenn man an ihr hängt. Man muss auch damit rechnen, dass dort wo die Klimmzugstange befestigt war Rückstände im Holz zu sehen sind.Sie lässt sich super leicht und schnell ab- und wieder anmontieren.Ich würde sie wieder kaufen!

Es ist bereits die 2. Klimmstange dieser Art, mit der ich keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht habe: habe sie, wie auch das vorherige Modell, in unterschiedlichen Tür-Zargen ausprobiert und als untauglich empfunden. Es war nicht möglich sie so zu befestigen, dass sie mein Gewicht von lediglich 68 kg zuverlässig hält. Denke, dass Klimmstangen dieser Art generell nicht guten Gewissens empfohlen werden können. Entweder rutschen sie bei Belastung immer wieder ab oder aber sie beschädigen die Zarge. Für meine Türen jedenfalls nicht zu gebrauchen.

So i was puzzled about buying this one or another brand thats 10 Euros cheaper. but the other item had bad reviews and so i went for this one. and thank god i did!. The plastic-rubber that are on each end are thick. and your door-sides dont get damaged at all. holds amazing well. easy to put and remove from the door frame. the gloves are okay, you dont really need gloves because the sponges they use are soft and durable and wont harm your hands. personally i would advice in buying this item if you want to start doing pullups

Ich bestellte mir diese Klimmzugstange, weil ich nicht die Möglichkeit habe ein Fitnessstudio zu besuchen. Mein Schichtdienst (Wechselschicht) lässt es nicht zu.Schneller unkomplizierter Auf- u Abbau. Sicherer Halt bei 90 kg Körpergewicht, vor allem wegen dem ausgeklügelten Sicherungssystem. Die Handschuhe sind ein nettes giveaway.Benutze meine Klimmzugstange überwiegend f Klimmzüge u Sit-ups, jeden 2. Tag u habe noch keine Materialermüdung festgestellt. Diese Produkt ist eine klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits. Topp Produkt

Auf den ersten Blick macht die Klimmzugstange einen soliden Eindruck. Klarer Kaufgrund für mich waren die Sicherheitsspannhebel. Und genau hier liegt der Fehler: nach gerade einmal 6 Monaten normaler Nutzung ist einer der Sicherheitspannhebel gebrochen ... soviel zum Thema "Sicherheit". Insgesamt bin ich von der "Profi Klimmzugstange" enttäuscht. Ohne diese Sicherheitsspannhebel wäre ich mit einer "normalen" Klimmzugstange aus dem Sportgeschäft für die Hälfte des Kaufpreises besser bedient gewesen. Schade!Edit: 11.01.20Jetzt haben sich beide Klammern verabschiedet und die Klimmzugstange ist ohne Sicherung. Und das bei Nutzung von 2-3x pro Woche für 1min ... Schlechte Qualität! Daher jetzt nur 1 Stern von mir, wegen der langfristigen Qualität. Für alle Interessenten: lieber Geld sparen und von vorne hinein eine günstigere Klimmzugstange ohne Schnallen kaufen!

La barra me llegó antes de lo esperado y tienes tornillos por si quieres dejarla fija a la pared. La barra se agarra muy bien y su instalación o sujeción es muy sencilla y fiable, yo la tengo puesta entre dos marcos de puerta y no ha dado ningún problema. Ahora bien, no le doy 5 estrellas porque como abras la barra y la sujetes al límite de su extensión, la barra te puedes fijar como se va doblando con el paso del uso y además de los lados se ve que se está forzando el agarre a la pared, y mi peso es sobrado para esta barra, es de 72 kg, por lo que mi consejo es que si se compra sea para tenerla al mínimo de extensión o en un rango medio de extensión, pero no al límite que te marca, sino durará muy poco tiempo ya sea porque se despeguen los extremos o porque se doble la barra.

Cuando vino mi hijo y yo no teníamos idea de ponerla, pensábamos que había que encajar un lado y después otro, y noooo!!! Es los dos a la vez.Entonces una vez puesta, a mi hijo le va perfecta. Parece aguantar muy bien, nosotros la hemos puesto en el pasillo, y va genial. En el caso de que haya problemas actualizare la opinión.

Nachdem Auspacken sind mir als erstes gleich die Gummiteile entgegen gefallen und haben sich (zumindest nach dem sichtbaren Rand zu urteilen) auch nicht ganz wieder einsetzen lassen... Ok, trotzdem mal angebracht. Stange wackelig und hat viel zu viel Spiel. Als sie sich dann auch noch trotz der angeblich tollen Sicherung hat aufdrehen lassen hat es mir gereicht.

Ich habe diese Stange in erster Linie für meine Kinder gekauft, dadurch wird diese häufiger auf verschiedenen Höhen und in verschiedenen Türrahmen benutzt, die sehr leichte Montage kommt einem dabei sehr entgegen. Unsere Türrahmen (aus Holz) sind auch nach entfernen der Stange komplett unversehrt geblieben. Das die Stange das Gewicht der turnenden Kleinkinder ohne Probleme trägt, muss ich sicher nicht erwähnen, wohingegen die Klimmzüge meines Göttergatten schon eine Erwähnung wert sind. Rundherum bin ich mit der Stange sehr zufrieden und kann diese nur empfehlen.

Una barra como estas debería de ser obligatorio gracias a todos los beneficios que tiene en la salud. Yo personalmente la tengo sobre la puerta, y cada vez que paso, me cuelgo unos 20 segundos o hago un par de dominas, lo que me hace estar siempre activo.Ahora vamos con la calidad: brutal. Creo que vale cada céntimo. Se adhiere muy bien tanto en pared como en los marcos de la puerta. Eso sí, si lo pones sobre la pared te va a levantar la pintura. Peso 90KG y la barra me sostiene perfectamente, incluso me balanceo y ni se mueve de su sitio. Da una sensación de seguridad brutal, además es muy cómoda. La instalación es sumamente fácil, además vienen con unos tornillos por si la quieres fijar en la pared (lo que no es necesario, pues su sistema de presión funciona bien)Si te lo estas pensando, te recomiendo que inviertas en esta barra por salud, y por seguridad, ya que es una de las pocas que no se caen ni haciendo el bruto.
