This is a high school book report
This book 53 pages, large print with generous spacing. Most of it is chatty filler about how wonderful weaving is, and offering encouragement about how you are on your way. Sadly this book contains only dictionary quality descriptions of the tools and processes. There are no diagrams or other visual aids to help understand the process. There are no details. For example:"3. Carder: if you are going to be dealing with wool that isn't pre-cleaned and ready for usage, you are going to require a carder for this function. You can choose a drum carder or a hand carder"That's all the book has to say about carders. What are they? How do you make them? What is their history? How do you use them? None of these questions are answered in this book. This book is completely useless to a potential weaver, and probably should never have been published.

Error. Thought it was weaving for beading.
This was for wool weaving not beading.

Only text. No instruction on how to weave.
More information on dyes and starting a home based business. No photo's. Has some good information but no step by step weaving instructions. I enjoyed reading this book. I wanted a more instructional book to learn to weave. I enjoyed the other information the book provided. Was shipped in great condition and on time.

Not worth the money.
Not very informative, unless you are just learning to read. Certainly not a good beginners book if you are trying to weave, no pictures, no illustrations, and not even good directions. Save your money.

Too general; uninspiring
I was looking for more specific directions and techniques so this book disappointed. It was light and easy reading though.

Glad I didn't pay for this!
Title is misleading. There is nothing about weaving techniques, bare minimum about weaving tools. Mostly about how you can weave, spin and dye very easily, and how good you will feel doing so, but no actual how to information. Go out and buy a loom, spinning wheel and just do it. You will, however have to go else where to learn what is actually involved in learning how to weave or spin or dye fiber.

The only thing missing...
Was the basics of weaving. The coverage of needed supplies and dyes was ok. The rest was rather vague. Not bad info, just not enough. But hey, 54 pages only holds so much info.

This is NOT a how to book
Unfortunately this book is of no use to me. I expected at least a little "how to" weaving info. No pics and no instruction.

Too simple, too large text, too little information
This book is only 50 pages, yet barely contains any relevant information. Based on the cover you might expect a few weaving patterns, or even just the basics of how to read a weaving draft. However, none of that is included. What is included is a good 15 pages on how to wash your items (which you can literally read off a yarn label but go on), as well as other basic and incredibly redundant information if you at all have an internet connection. This book is a rip off.

Folly of judging a book by its cover!
I did judge this book by its cover and so have my just deserts.Anyone thinking of buying it please read the other critical reviews first ( as I should have done ) they tell you all you need to know.

Huge delusion
At the beginning of a very small book, the warning on copyright and prohibition of reproduction. Few pages for an A5 format with really large characters, borders of about 2 cm per side and page settings that leave no doubt about the smallness of the text. There are no images, the vagueness of the information and in some cases the uselessness surprised me. I'm sorry to have to review a book so negatively, but given the cover and the price I expected something very different. I do not understand the expectation of those who have produced a similar object. I really don't understand.
