I followed most of the instructions.It works wonders. I shoot laser in same hole sometimes 3 times for thick hairs even if instruction say just once.Most of my hairs are almost all gone, some of the hairs coming out now is much thinner hair, much less.

I purchased this machine for home use. It is easy to use and works very well. I am seeing professional results on the first use. The item came with plenty of instructions that included pictures of how, when, and where to use the solutions included and the laser. I would recommend this product to anyone who is thinking about laser hair removal in multiple shots on their body but please read and follow the directions. I can see how someone could get hurt if not used correctly. I love it!

I have followed the instructions and am sad that even after spending $500, I still have no reduction in hair.
