Update - The Physo said that the work done with this had really helped and discharged with full movement and strength restored.

Feels good quality
I purchased this to try and improve my tendonitis condition. I'm not sure that it's really worked however I can't fault the exerciser. I chose this one because when looking at others, there were many bad reviews complaining broken springs and so far, so good, it's still working just fine.

Beware if you have big hands
I have gorilla hands and these only manage a 3 finger grip. Also, the handle pushes into your palm.

My best hand grip.
The best hand grip I have bought. It does not make noise and does not cause any pains to my palms. Unlike others, I have used it for about two weeks, doing about 200 reps a day and still not broken.

Worth every penny
Top notch.Adjusting tension in kilograms is the most useful feature of this item. Allows both of my forearms slowly build up, and eventually become stronger. Very useful for the preparation of press up/pull up.The awesome thing about your forearms - they recover quickly. Which makes it part of my daily basis - I do this every morning.

Poorly made
Had for 2 days. On the second day the metal stud came loose and fell out. Not safe to use without this and so had to return. Ordered a different brand.

It broke
Never thought it would happen bit it did. Coil broke and I am totally disapointed. Great excercise Will hace tiempo shop another brand.
