These are great to use to get more depth into a press up/push up. Holding them takes the strain off the wrist. They move and can spin, the instructions recommend trying from kneeling position before press up/push up position. Use these all the time. Really great, sturdy and well made.

Very happy with my purchase. Very comfortable and strong grip handles. The twisting motion is seamless. It can withhold my weight (95kg male). I am genuinely impressed, and would recommend. I have currently only used this for two days. So I can guarantee short-term satisfaction at the least. But this feels high-quality, so I'm willing to bet this will last me for my money's worth.

Makes push ups harder in some ways, though I'm sure that technique helps. The reason I got them was to relieve pressure and damage to joints. They worked and I have been using them for several weeks.

Arrived swiftly due to Prime, at time of purchase April 2025 cost £27.76Definitely not the same as the ones displayed in description, these are similar to pushup Pro elite. For me I feel are better quality. These have reduced wrist pain for me. Solid make and good weight so they don't tip over when preforming a push up.These handles make it easier to complete the movement. They spin with ease, and are balanced on both. I would recommend using gloves as the handles tends to leave imprints. Using this equipment takes pushups to the next level and doing less reps is advisable due to the difficulty of the movement and to reduce injury.Some reviews claimed that this equipment had caused them to get to rotator injury. I will update once they are uses for few months as I am recovering from a rotator cuff injury in 2023 not caused by this equipment, and will be using these under the guidance of my Physiotherapist.

I have a wrist injury and can't bend my hand to do normal push ups. These are perfect and have allowed me to do push ups again. Worth the money.
