Great price and taste
Had no idea what Sumac was before I found a wonderful Persian cucumber salad recipe on Facebook. It called for a couple of tablespoons of Sumac. Went to the store and found it was very pricey, looked on Amazon and I felt it was priced very competitively.Cucumber salad came out so great, I ordered the larger size. That is actually a better buy. Also save me driving around trying to find Sumac in the stores. Without going to a specialized store. Highly recommend

It did the job
My recipe only called for a half a teaspoon. I was kind of leery about it because it was 2 1/2 pounds of meat and I didn't think it would be enough. Well, I was right so I will double it next time maybe this isn't as strong as the one he was using for his recipe. But it was reminiscent of the koobideh.

Good product!
Saute some onions and garlic. Add some boiled, drained dandelion greens or kale and top with the sumac and lemon. Cook a little longer and you will have ambrosia!
