LARMOR Self-Adhesive Optical Glass LCD Screen Protector for Fujifilm X-T10/X30 - Transparent

I don't know what happened to this company/manufacturer.I have used their screen protectors for years (mainly branded as ggs) on at least half a dozen cameras that's why I was so confident this would be another bit expensive but worthy screen protector for my fuji xt-10.I'm pretty handy when comes to installing these, even paper thin ones and on a products as big as tablet but this protector was a complete dissaster. Screen after installing looked terrible, covered with million air pockets and would not even stick in one of the corners. I gave it some time thinking it would eventually fully stick but no luck.Normally I would just consider it as a loss and just throw it out and forget it but after giving it a second thought I decided to simply put it back into its fancy package and return it as defective.Companies need to understand that if customer is paying a top dollar for a product he/she expects it to be as promised.Definitely not so in this case.

Really nice product. Simple installation, just clean the screen really well first- then carefully line up the protector and it place on- then tap the middle and the adhesion begins. I had a couple of bubbles, but I just massaged them out to the edges. Within 60 seconds I had a perfect installation! You can't even tell it's on there. Well worth the price.

Poor design makes this almost impossible (or impossible) to install correctly. I have applied similar glass screen protectors on my other cameras and my iphone but this just doesn't fit right. I know it must be my fault and not the fault of the product but still, a product should allow for some margin of error. Although I cleaned the screen as instructed and used great care in applying the product, the alignment was still slightly off by maybe a millimeter and therefore the glass did not adhere perfectly in one of the corners. I tried to reposition it but a speck of dust must have gotten under the glass. At that point I tried to get the dust off but in the process more dust got on the sticky side of the protector. Now it is in the garbage.
