Sturdy box, easy assembly
Based on my experience, I think Yes4All has read some of the negative reviews here and taken steps to address them. Assembly was nice and easy. The instructions were clear, including for the cross-beam support that goes in the center of the box. The screws were all silver, (no mention of gold/white screws), and were all the same size. The screws were Phillips head, so I was able to use my power screwdriver instead of an allen wrench. The pre-drilled holes worked well, so I didn't have to drill anything out. The one issue I ran into is that one of the pieces wasn't cut perfectly so I had to sand it down a bit to make it fit. Overall, assembly took me less than 30 minutes. The box feels sturdy and should be a nice addition to my workout equipment.

This thing is perfect and easy to assemble.
I got this and it took 17 minutes from start of unboxing to fully assembled. So easy to put together. I did use an electric screwdriver. All hardware excellent quality. All holes perfectly align and are countersunk. The plywoood is perfect and sturdy. I don’t normally review Amazon purchases but I had to on this one. Just a great product.

Love it!
This box is fantastic! I really lije how sturdy it is and its design. The only complaint I had was putting it together. There were a ton of screws. Other than that, I love this product.

Incredibly bad hardware. Still a great value.
PSA**. Reading the reviews there seems to be some confusion about assembly. The included instructions are missing some steps so I thought I’d help out.Step 1 open the packageStep 2 locate the included screwsStep 3 (this is the most important step) throw those screws in the garbageStep 4 get a box of 1 5/8 inch decking screws they’ll be torx drive or Square Drive, I used deckmate but the brand doesn’t matter.Step 5 Assemble the box per the included directions using the decking screws. **I found a lot of the reviews written by people very confused about assembly or very frustrated by assembly. Somebody here claims that it took three hours to assemble this box. I can’t speak to that… but in an act of hubris I decided to time how long it would take me to assemble. What I realized is that the included screws are of such low quality, they’re so soft and poorly machined, you could probably deform them with your hands. They are simply not hard enough to handle the stress of being driven into the side of plywood. I’ve literally never seen anything like it, so the simple act of driving them in (again to the side of 3/4 ply) strips the head of the screws before the screws are fully seated and that leaves you with a conundrum: you have this partially tightened screw with a completely stripped head. This is of course why God invented screw extractor bits. Anyway, so I’m timing myself and I discover on the first screw and then the second screw and then the third screw, this problem I just described. So stop, find my screw extractor, locate a box of deck screws of the appropriate size.(the aforementioned 1 5/8 inch) I remove the stripped OEM screws and then assemble the box. The whole thing took 26 minutes. The part where I was actually assembling the box, once I figured out that I just needed to do it with different hardware took under 10 minutes. I can understand that if it took you 7 or 8 screws or 10 screws to figure out what the problem was or perhaps if you never figured out what the problem was, this would be exceptionally frustrating, HOWEVER if you follow the directions I just provided and start with different hardware from the beginning the assembly should take under 20 minutes even if you’re completely inexperienced at assembling things. The end result is a box that while not perfect feels very sturdy and at $79 plus around seven dollars for a box of screws of which I use maybe 25 this is still the best value in. plyo boxes. Good luck.

Nice box
Good quality plyo box, easy to assemble. Plywood is better quality than anticipated, seems like 13-ply low furniture/cabinet grade (C maybe?) to me. Box is CNC cut to perfection, making assembly flawless. All hardware provided properly. Super stable, and even has some internal support. My only wish is that the black surface was a little more rubberized. Overall, very happy for the price. You probably cannot make it yourself for cheaper.

It's a sturdy box
ASSEMBLY AND INSTRUCTIONSIt isn't necessary, but I recommend having a second person to help with the assembly. A screwdriver or drill, however, is absolutely necessary, as the provided tool is useless. Otherwise, the instructions are not complicated. You put some pre-cut wood together, then put the provided screws into pre-drilled holes. Be mindful of the text on the boards when determining which sides you want facing up, and try to not tighten the screws too much until you get the final board to fit in with the rest.WEIGHT CAPACITYIt didn't creak or shift in any way when I did weighted step-ups (total weight: 250 lb.) onto the 20" height. The product page says it can handle up to 450 lb., which seems believable. You could probably increase that capacity by adding more internal support.OTHER FEATURESThere are two handles to make transportation easier, the edges are sanded to be harmless, and there is some kind of textured sheet over the wood to protect it and prevent slipping. While doing step-ups in sneakers, I didn't perceive any risk of slipping.PRICEAt least at the time of my purchase and at the chosen dimensions, there was no product with a better price. I still think premade plyo boxes expensive for what they are, but I thought it was worth the time and effort saved having to collect the materials and make it myself.

Solid!
I just bought a second one of these boxes, I liked the first so much. As others have mentioned, the included screws are useless, get some decent number 8, one and a half inch screws. It takes barely five minutes to put together once you have the hardware. These are extremely solid, the first one has had 300lbs+ dropped on it several times without any damage.

Excellent quality & Sturdy
My box arrived quickly. Fairly east to put together. They send you a small screwdriver 🪛 for assembly, however it is much easier with an electric screwdriver. The box is made very sturdy. I highly recommend this for your exercise routine.
