I had an old school tackle box for years that I did like. The handle finally broke off, so it was time to look for a replacement. I went back and forth on whether to stick with the old school or try one of the newer style ones like this Plano. While I think there are pros and cons with both, overall I'm happy with my purchase. I like the shoulder strap on this one, it makes it easier to pack around. The magnetic feature for holding pliers, hooks and sinkers in place is really nice! That's ultimately why I ended up going with this one over some others. It is a bit inconvenient to have to pull out the boxes that hold your tackle every time and open them up. The traditional pull out trays are easier. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase though.

I was looking for a tackle bag to accommodate and carry my 3700 series tackle boxes. Reviews sounds good related to this one, BUT, ... is HEAVY, ... very heavy with just empty tackle boxes. Definitely a bull dozer is needed to cary it filled with stuff. Very well made, but not a good choice related to its weight. Stiff and heavy as a armored vehicle, makes it a looser

Tackle bag appears to be made with very sturdy material. One thing that Plano could have done without is the molle attachment slits, as it appears to be a weak point on this tackle bag and from the looks of it, the entire guide series line. For anyone walking thru thick brush, there's a chance that something would catch the slits and tear. The magnetic dropzone feature is awesome, it is powerful enough to hold my pliers and fish lip gripper without sliding off the bag. The bottom is made of a durable plastic that will keep water out as long is the water level does not rise above the the sides of the plastic mold. I was able to fit one 3750, one 3707, one 3731 and two 3702 in the main compartment. If you were to leave out one 3702, you can use one regular 3700.Overall, this is a great bag. However, tackle bag was a little small for my needs, I had to return for the larger size.

This tackle box is awesome! I finally have enough room for all my stuff. I have also upgraded some of the inside boxes I used some of my amazon points to upgrade to a couple of the thinner Plano 3700 Edge Series tackle boxes. I can fit two of these in the space where only one of the standard boxes would fit, the fit is pretty snug. I plan on getting more of these for this box as it will allow for even more lure storage. I would estimate that I will be able to fit 6 or 7 of the thinner Plano 3700's in this box. I also love the magnetic top portion; I can laterally throw a lure at it and the magnets will grab it and hold it. I have had A LOT of tackle boxes and tackle systems in the past, but this is by far the best one yet.

I think its a great product as far as looks, durability and design but it seems it was not sewn or put together right because if you look at it from the top the top is twisted to one side substantially. It works perfect but is not right especially for the money that it cost.There was also a couple spots with loose or extra stitching, it didn't look like it would affect it or come apart but again this bag is not on the cheap side so I would expect better.Overall I highly recommend this bag as I've tried another and this one I believe will last a crazy long time.And as usual Amazon is great and refunded the cost without issue....

We combined several old tackle boxes we inherited from loved ones. It was a family affair sorting everything into the boxes. We labeled each with a label for even quicker identification. This was so much more organized than the traditional tackle box and still just as easy to carry.

Have looked for a tackle bag that would stand on its own so that the zippers would open and close with ease. This bag is sturdy, stands upright and has oversized zippers. More than enough storage. Exactly what I have been looking for. Highly recommend.

Was able to organize my gear well. Its easy to carry with the strap freeing up my hands..I am the guy that brings too much gear with me so if it works for me, most people will be good with it.I like this product.

I got this for fishing and other outdoor activities. Very well made, lots of cool fishing-related features, and it looks good. Holds way more tackle than I have, I don't use half the storage space, but it's not too big on the outside to be cumbersome on trips. The smaller version would probably be better for short trips. All the plastic storage boxes let you arrange whatever you have any way you want. Top cover magnetic holder is great for tackle, pliers, etc., but I have to remember not to put any magnetically-sensitive items there like cell phones or credit cards. Otherwise I love it, great deal!
