zinc amount correct for women
Was looking for zinc in the recommended amount for women, which is only 8 mg a day according to NHS website (and others). All supplements were WAY above that and zinc is one of those things you can overdose on. I was also looking for elderberry--both zinc and elderberry being good for immunity. I found these elderberry supplements that contain 7.5 mg of zinc. Problem solved!

I never thought that I would buy stuff like this but I have to say, after talking to some friends about black elderberry, I thought I'd give it a go.As an anti-viral, it has certainly been effective during Covid-19 and I am continuing with it for a good while yet.I can certainly recommend it as a product well worth buying.
