I have SOP, with acne and hirsutism as main symptoms. I have never used the antibabypill as treatment since I am regular in my period, but I notice 3 main things that help my regularity and make me have less hirsutism and acne.First, excercise with weight, main thing that helps me being regular.Second, diverse diet (fruits, meat, vegetable, fats, proteins, etc)Third, this supplement, I have tried some others mainly for the Myo-inositol, but with this one my acne is gone and hirsutism is not gone but at least is not getting worst.It's tasteless and it has a serving scoop.I really love this product, unfortunately I cannot find it available very often.Hope in future they have in stock more often 🤞.
