Just what I was looking for...
This bottle was perfect for what I needed it for. I need to drink more water. So I fill it up each morning, put it in the refrigerator and try to drink the bottle of water throughout a single day. It's the perfect number of ounces to recommended to drink on a daily basis.

Lids are useless
The bottle is fine. The lids are complete junk. I now understand why you automatically get a replacement lid sent to you. I've had my bottle for about two weeks. I've only used it three times. I bought it for my boyfriend because his lid broke. The piece that seals the drinking hole broke off into the hole. I didn't realize he had a replacement lid so I a second bottle while doing other shopping. I kept it for myself. Like I said, I've used it three times and this morning my lid did the same thing. So now I'm at work where I don't have access to my spare lid and trying to drink my water from the opening that's the size of my face. Certainly not what I expected from a $30 water bottle.

Awesome product!
Love the bottle! Kept me honest in how much water I was drinking. I was part of a group of defective lids and I wrote a review about it and ordered a new one and within a couple hours the company refunded my money and still sent me a new one apoligizing for the inconvenience. Great bottle, great company! I ordered my boyfriend one!

Love the bottle
Love the bottle, but the lid is terrible. I had my first one for a week before the lid broke. They gave me a credit and I got another one, and a little over a week later the same thing happened. I NEVER washed it in the dishwasher, always washed it by hand in lukewarm water. I'd buy again if they could get the lid issue fixed because I love the bottle the lid is just terrible.

Good product
I bought this for my amino acid drinks during the gym and to help myself keep my water intake through the day high. There was an initial issue as on first use the lid of the bottle Tore. However I was contacted by the coumpany to say a batch of the bottles had this fault and that they would replace it. I replied with a photo of the issue and my Amazon order number and had the replacement within days. Brilliant customer service and the new bottle has no issues this far despite being well used.

A strong guzzler.
I am a glass lower and I need to guzzle water. The place you drink from is wide and open unlike some , allowing me to drink fast. It is strong and the top is simple and clips shut with a press. It suites my purpose.

Wouldn't recommend had it a week or so used at work so the lid comes on and off regularly and it's ripped already.

Poor quality lid.
Very unhappy, had it a week and the lid snapped. Got sent a replacement and the "new" lid has snapped again.

Awesome bottle
I had an operation and I have to track my water. This bottle holds 10 cups of water. It's absolutely perfect. The lid however looses the plastic ring quite a lot. The company sent a replacement lid when I bought the bottle. Very impressed that they are addressing a possible situation before I even got the bottle. I just wish that the kids didn't need that plastic ring inside. Every few days I have to struggle to get it back in.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I have to say, I honestly almost never write reviews; positive or negative. But I feel compelled to speak about the company of this product! I forgot to order one of the free lids and not only did they send me a code so I could get one, they took care of the ordering so that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing! I have heard nothing but great things about the product, and the exceptional customer service has definitely guaranteed a repeat customer from me. I will be telling all of my friends and family about Mega Bottle!

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because there's no way I can give a 0 star. DO NOT PURCHASE. I got this item a week ago and started using it and the cap broke, very cheap quality and very disappointed, I saw many reviews of broken items. But I loved the fact that this was a big bottle, but very poorly made. The bottle opener is just too delicate and broke!

Great quality water bottle.lid is large enough that you can hand wash, but conveniently is dishwasher safe. i really enjoy that i do not need to fully remove the lid to take a drink. The snap lid stays closed tightly always. Very Satisfied!

Bottle was great for a little over 1 month, then the cap broke..always hand washed it and was always careful with it... nonetheless it is completely useless now...
