The holes in the buttons are show horizontal across the heart button but they were vertical. Otherwise they are really cute. I strung them for a necklace and they worked fine but for a garment the holes would make them unusable.

I got these for a project so its perfect but if I needed buttons to place on a bag or shirt I would not use these. They are wooden and pretty thin so I would expect them to break easily.
