Fantastic!
My girlfriend loves this board so much! I wasn't sure if this was the right one for her, since there were so many different boards. Ever since she received this board she can't stop using it. It's a great work out for your arms and core. She keeps saying how she feels her muscles being sore after she's done using it! She can spin really fast on this thing, you can hurt your self if your not careful! Anyone who's a dancer she recommends this!

It's great, really, you can buy it, it's plastic, but have a great support for your body, if you are 150 pounds buy it, works perfectly!
