This binder is better than my other one I ordered a while ago
This binder is better than my other one I ordered a while ago. It doesn't bunch in the back and the velcro is very strong. The way the back is shaped is great! Most binders hold you in but leave those nasty fat rolls out from under your bra line. This one covers this area! The only complaint, which I've noticed on most binders, is that the velcro part in the front hangs over the edge a little and scratches the skin. Of course this doesn't happen until you pull it tight where you want it. I made it work though! Definitely happy and keeping this one! May even order another!

Velcro on front flap is bigger than the space it is supposed to stick onto, causing chafing.
Overall, this is a good abdominal binder. The ribbing in the back is very helpful so that it doesn't roll when wearing it, like others do. My main problem with this binder is that the velcro is wider than the part it sticks to so there is always some of the poky velcro sticking out of the top or bottom, rubbing your skin. The front of this binder does roll, so that's also a negative in my book. One other reviewer said to wear this over a tank top or something, which works, however isn't very practical and also causes the entire thing to shift while wearing it, depending on your movements. So, while I do like this binder MUCH better than others I've purchased, the velcro not fitting correctly on the front is a HUGE downside. I would not order this again.

I could have gotten a L and been fine for postpartum
I'm crying. I bought this for postpartum support. It looked huge so I tried it on (I'm still 37 weeks pregnant) and it snuggly fits. Now this means it's probably going to be too big for me a few weeks postpartum but the fact that my hips aren't aching is the mental break I needed. So; if you're trying to figure out what size you should get for postpartum support, I bought an XL because my belly is at 44 inches. I could have gotten a L and been fine for postpartum. But that being said; I'm fine with getting the wrong size because I can use it for the pain I hadn't anticipated this late in my pregnancy. The quality is excellent! Soft, comfortable, well constructed, breathable. The next baby shower I go to I'll be giving this as a mommy gift.

Good product, good price
I'm very happy with this product - I purchased after learning from my dr that my abdominal muscles separated and I had a small hernia after having a child. I can't say whether it works for that purpose, but I CAN say that the material is breathable, comfortable, and easy to use. I'm sorry it doesn't come with washing/care instructions, but I'm assuming it's hand wash only and hang dry.I'm 5'6 and 134 lbs and I ordered a size XL and it fits perfectly. Definitely order one, maybe two, sizes up.

TEN STAR ITEM!
This product rocks! This garmet has brought my abdoninalplasty recovery so much comfort to a level I can't begin to explain. I'm in bed right now with it on and it feels so secure yet comfortable at the same time. I like how you can wear it not so tight but tighten it up with the outter Velcro straps. I told my husband that this item here will be with me throughout my recovery and will continue once i get back to the gym. It's everything, waist trainer, perfect for after care garment for post abdominal surgeries as well. It also breathes and stays cool while on. It also offers lots of support. I really don't want to take it off! Just want to say I 100% recommend this item and thank you!!!

Meh - a disappointment
I ordered this after having had my first baby. I this exact one because my friend had just used it any she was happy with it. At first it was great but then the material started stretching too much and it is also very hot to wear. My main issue though is that the soft side of the velcro closure somehow shrunk though I always hand washed it so then it is no longer effective for what I need and I am needing to buy another one. I guess if you carried very small and didn't gain any extra weight during your pregnancy, this would probably do the trick for you. However, if you are like me (I carried HUGE and gained a considerable amount of weight I am working very hard to loose) then you need something that will last you the long hall. ALSO if you have any diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles) like I did then you will need something far beyond immediate postpartum in order to help your muscles get back together and give you some extra back support when you're lifting a baby, heavy car seats and strollers.

I would have like them better in the front for more support
Somewhat awkward to put on. There are some wires that run up and down but are meant to be in the back? I would have like them better in the front for more support. I don't use it as much as I thought I was going to and this is one of the main reasons why. When I do wear it I wear it backwards.

Great Post-Surgery Abdominal Binder
I am a petite 5'0" 112 lbs and the large fit me perfectly. I am wearing this binder post hernia repair/tummy tuck and it fits me just right - doesn't ride up and doesn't dig into my bra like the binder I was given at the hospital. Comfortable and supportive. More bulky than spanx but easy to take on/off and very snug. Depending on what you want it for, it might be too small for some but was just what I needed. Like most binders - this is best worn over high-rise underwear or fitted camisole to avoid irritating skin.
