Stale and over dried ginger
The ginger pieces were chunky thick and dried up. Tasteless and stale

The glass jar had broken in transit, and it got delivered wet and soggy.On opening the pack I found the brine or water had completely run out, and i had to throw away the ginger slices. It was money wasted.Suggestion for manufacturer- Please pack this product in a Pet Jar, or use better quality glass jar.
