The texture was a deal breaker. When I ate the baked goods I made using this flour, I felt like I was eating sand. I like tigernut flour, but this is not ground finely enough for me.

This is the worst tigernut flour brand I’ve tried. It’s very gritty and when you sieve through it you will see lots of large gritty pieces left behind that do not go through the mesh strainer. Even after straining you will get mouthfuls off gritty sand texture in whatever you made. FYI, I always use Anthony’s tigernut flour which doesn’t have this kind of grittiness. I only bought this brand Bc the other one was out of stock, never again!!

I have an inflammatory disease which gets aggravated by wheat, and an allergy to nuts and coconut flours so I decided to try tiger nut flour and I am impressed! It has a somewhat nutty flavor and grainy texture but I had to think about that very hard because I almost didn't notice it. The muffins I baked ended up tasting better than any muffin I had eaten before!

I bought this to make some grain free chocolate chip cookies. I mixed it with casava flour and the result was very tasty. I will be purchasing this again.

Following the AIP diet and this flour is the bomb diggity bomb for getting the consistency right on baked goods.

This Tigernut Flour is delicious. We love to bake cakes, muffins, waffles and more with it.

I received this order in mid February. It had a "best by" date of mid April. Two months! Even if I can finish it by then (questionable), it still means that it is old and has been sitting around somewhere for a long time. So maddening!
