Excellent product.
This is an excellent chromebook, wonderful value for money, you get 2 products in one, laptop and tablet. Highly recommend, arrived next day, excellent service. Long battery life, got Christmas and charged once in that time 2 weeks later.

Superb buy
The wife has an Acer laptop which is less than 2 years old and it's rubbish so I decided get her a Chromebook duel .It has the best of both worldsLaptop functionality and a touch screen .It's highly responsive and quick.1 draw back is the playstore not having all the apps but hey neither does windows so you can access all your accounts through chrome .She uses this for zoom meetings and word which is available buy logining into your windows version via chrome .All in all a bargain and I would recommend this item

Decent screen
Recently purchased so I haven't road tested it fully. I was looking for a small HD screen on a device that I could connect to an external hard drive via USB and this meets that need. I would have liked a 1920x1080 but this seems only available on tablets. Whilst this is 1366 x 768 I have found it to be good quality and certainly better than an old laptop I have. In reviews I read the display wasn't too bright and viewing angles were not great - I use it indoors and face on and haven't noticed any significant problems.The USB-A port appears to be USB2.0 and there is also a smaller USB-C port but no capacity to add to the internal storage via SD card but that isn't a problem for me.The price of this Chromebook had recently reduced and for what I paid I would say it was good value. I love the spin function that effectively makes it operate like a tablet.

Great little chrome book
Excellent chromebook. Quick to start up and in general use. Great battery life. Love the spin function. Chose the smaller size to commute on bike with and be portable around different classrooms within my job. Perfect for teachers, students etc

Good buy for the price
I have had this for over a month now and it is just what I wanted. Feels like using my phone on a bigger screen. The size is just right for my handbags. Battery lasts as well

Very easy to set up, great picture, good battery life
I love this little thing. I'm an Author who travels, so I wanted something portable for writing on the go. Super easy to set up (you need a gmail account) - just follow prompts and you're away. Very happy with purchase. Perfect for what I need it for.

Best laptop we've owned
It's perfect. My daughter needed a laptop for school and also her kindle fire tablet was so sluggish and lack of apps, this killed two birds so to speak. It feels durable, the touchscreen is great and I like the keyboard. As it's lying around a lot, we tend to use this for impromptu browsing.Battery lasts for long enough for us to tell her she's been on her tablet too long, the 180 degree hinge is still nice and stuff and it's pretty thin considering. I want one!!!!

Nice looking, but lacking no useful MS office functionality
I wanted a small laptop to work remotely , in cafes etc , edit documents… presentations. Turns out since the end of 2021 Chrombooks don’t / can’t support MS office / 365 etc.. even when working via a browser you can just view and not edit docs. Yes you can download , convert to googledocs etc but that’s like going back in time 15 years and a pain. I want it to be easy. Sadly returned it. For kids , other users I’m sure it’s a great device .. for me, I’ll get the ££ back and then get a small HP laptop or similar that runs windows / MS etc.
