Pros:1) Specs. I'm not a phone geek, but the specs speak for themselves. They're pretty decent for this price.2) Quality. The touch screen is great. Pics are great. Sound quality is good. Speed is relatively fast.3) Ease of setup. I took great pride in my ability to unbox it, charge it, and set it up for T-Mobile - all without looking at the directions!4) Price for the quality. My goodness, what a great price for this much quality.Cons:1) The directions are limited and not translated well.2) They don't make it very clear how to tell if it will work with your network or not. I suspect it works with just about any GSM for the bands shown, but you have to understand the bands a little before you can find out. They could spell it out better.3) No 4G, but for this price I'm not sure you can expect that. Nor do you probably need it if you're in a no-contract mode.Target Market: Anyone who needs a true smartphone with full app functionality, but doesn't need to spend hundreds or even thousands for their phone. This is a great phone for kids and for people who don't use a lot of data.Recommendation: Value for the price makes this a compelling buy.

The camera is to dark and it only 3g I have 4g. And 3g runs so slow. nobody can hear me when they call me. 🙄😫. This phone 📱 is trash 🗑️ don't buy it doesn't even work outside in most places. It roams outside

I'm thinking about switching over from iPhone to Android but I wanted to get to know android a bit better. So I was looking for a cheap android phone to test with for a while to adjust. I tried ordering one from Wish which ended in failure, so I found this one. It was the cheapest android powered phone which was big AND it came in purple, which is a favorite color of mine. The first impression of the phone was good. When I first got it, it wouldn't turn on, and I thought I had to get the back off and get something off the battery to activate it. The back piece was impossible to get off; it took a lot of work, but it eventually came off. I later saw the battery wasn't accessible. In reality, it just needed to be charged because it was completely dead. So far, it works great Nice big size and bright display. It is a bit slow, and the finger print scanner isn't that great either, but, if you wanted something that worked well, you would've bought a more expensive phone. You get what you pay for, and if you're just looking for a basic phone to get you by, this is definitely it

I was actually surprised it worked exceptionally well it works on everything and it holds itself pretty well.

I couldn't use it with my phone carrier Straight Talk but I loved the phone.

I am vary unhappy, I was so excited I chaced the mail man down. Had the phone for little over a week and just activated it yesterday! Any phone calls in or out No one can hear me at all not on the phone or duo or any calling apps! I really thought it was going to be a good phone and I was starting to tell people about it but I have since changed my mind and I really dislike this phone now so just a word of advice don't buy it!

I was searching for an inexpensive cell phone to replace the one my 92 year old mother used that had a problem charging. I also wanted one with a much larger screen. My search ended when I came across this product. I love the many features it has. I was tempted to keep it for myself. So far so good. My mother loves it. She's happy and I'm happy. Thinking about purchasing another for me.
