I selected this resistance cable set as an alternative to the expensive name brand set. I am not disappointed! I am a fan of cable / band resistance exercises and training. This set provides 5 sets of cables from 5-25# resistance, allowing for warm up, therapy and training. I ordered the set with the rack anchors. I suggest also buying some metal rings. I use these to choke up the length of the cable, allowing me to also do iso-lateral movements with resistance. All in all, I am very happy with this set! The quality is solid!

These bands are great. Having the resistance printed on each end makes it easy to choose the correct band immediately. They are decorative when not in use and all the materials are of high quality and feel good when in use. I’ve used a single band, a pair of bands, and stacked bands and the snap links work smoothly and are big enough to be easy use. I feel that I got more than good value for my money.

Greatly reduced cost alternative to Crossover Symmetry. Doesn’t come with exercises

Great independant band groups make it easy to do chest crossover movements and a ton of other isolation excercises! Got the rack mounted bands and they're perfect! Time will tell if they last but so far so good!

We make our gym members and personal training clients use these every day. We love that they are very similar to Crossover Symmetry bands but for less.
