Women's - Platform Flip-Flops

i am a solid 9/40. i purchased these in a 10 (from another site because amazon ran out) and they're still a tad too small. my heel is just over the back of the shoe. i'll wear them, but if this were an in-store purchase, i'd probably go for the 11.
