Yikes! The conversion you have to do is far too much for me
There's nothing at all wrong with these, they just take more electrical knowledge than I have to convert them so they'll go directly into the fluorescent fixtures. I knew it going in, it was just far more involved than I thought it would be.

Buyer beware: not compatible with American fluorescent light fixtures
I never had the chance to see how these lamps work. This LED retrofit lamp for fluorescent light fixtures only connect to L & N wires at one end of the tube, with the pins at the other end left unconnected. This is not possible with many American fluorescent light fixtures as they are single-wire receptacles, which connect L at one end and N at the other. Of course the ballast (and starter if applicable) is removed to make ready for LED lamp, but this doesn't change the issue at hand.

Great option for old flourescent tubes
I've ordered 8 such bulbs to update all the fluorescents in my "man cave." Not too difficult to install, assuming you know a little about wiring. And the light? Wow. Very bright, and the daylight color temperature really makes everything in the room look much more friendly.

The description made it sound like you pop these bulbs into your fixture and they work. Not so. They come with very complicated electrical diagrams and instructions to 'rewire the ballast.' I'm VERY disappointed! I'll be returning them to the seller and will avoid this seller in the future.

Would not work in my fixtures, Could not get support from supplier.
I was given a sample to use and write an honest review.I could not get these T8 tubes to work in my fixtures. I tried to get support from the supplier but got no response to my inquiry.The product listing says they are direct replacements for T8 tubes. When I replaced two working tubes with these: no light. I put the old tubes back: light. I think that says it all.No support and they don't work for me... I can only give one star.Hope this helps someone.

These replacement won't happen directly. You need to bypass the balast and starter, since LED and fluorescence light work differently. It should probably come with the instruction. Buyers should look at reviews of another listing of the same product. I am not the seller, just want to say something fair. i am interested in this product, and want to buy one set for my own.
