Great taste, good results, and best of all very clean. I was using a competitor before I made the switch to Royal Sport and my muscles were so fatigued the day following a work out. I hardly experience that discomfort anymore due to this supplement. The only thing I wish they didn't include in the ingredients is Sucrose. It's more like Ultra Clean 99, not 100.

Finally found a protein powder that has a wonderful taste. I mix 1 cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of powder and another cup of almond milk, this helps it blend better.
