I had never heard of Garcinia Cambogia, but when I saw the description said it helped to suppress the appetite, I done a bit of reading on it to see if I wanted to try it. I read some very good things about it, most importantly I found there have been lots of trials and research around it and it is safe.Research has shown as well as suppressing appetite it helps lower cholesterol and has shown to block fat production.You get a 30-day supply of easy to swallow capsules in a slim easy to store tub. I started taking them the same day they arrived. I take one as I start to prepare my meals, that way I don’t forget. The first couple of days were pretty much the same but I noticed as the week went on that I didn’t want dessert and I didn’t want to eat in the evening. I have been on a diet for a few weeks now but had been still snacking, even though it was fruit or yoghurt it still must have made a difference. This week I lost 3 pounds instead of the 2 I had lost for the past few weeks. I shall continue to take these and hope for the same next week.

Easy to swallow capsule style tablet, with plenty included in the container. These are recommended to take before your meals 30-60 min before to help reduce hunger so you don’t over eat and helps with weight loss. These are excellent value at under a fiver. You are getting 90 capsules and if you go for the full dosage of three daily then this will last you one month. What’s the silly capsules you are getting a strong 1500 mg dosage which is impressive. What is also impressive as this is a vegan product. Normally you would expect to pay a bit of a premium for the vegetarian capsules and the fact that it is vegan. But not here you are getting quality at a reasonable price. You are getting an expiry date of well over a year from the time of purchase which is also impressive.

xSpan Labs Garcinia Cambogia complex 1500mg: I’ve used Garcinia Cambogia before and have found it very beneficial for reducing sugar cravings, reducing appetite and subsequently loosing just a little more weight than you would without it.There has been research done on Garcinia Cambogia which doesn’t emphatically agree that it supports an increased weight loss over the longer term, but marginally increases weight loss in the short term. It does appear it’s safe to use for a 12week period, but should then be stopped for at least a couple of weeks. Research hasn’t looked at longer use than this currently and most articles suggest stopping it at this point.. There are concerns about impact to the liver, so I have always taken a break for a few weeks but find it works best if I leave it off completely for a couple of months. It then seems to give any weight loss programme a good kick-start.I personally find it increases my weight loss by about 30-50% when used as part of a weight loss programme but this does stall out after several weeks, in particular it seems to improve the loss of belly fat. It supposedly has a positive effect on cholesterol as it reduces the metabolisms of fats - I do note at times my pooh is quite a light colour, classic sign of fat being excreted through the bowel. It also stabilises blood sugars which help with appetite control and the desire to snack.This product does help me, mostly I think as it helps me to stop snacking and picking, however I think everyone should consider how it will help them before use and should be prepared to look at eating habits aside the tablets rather than rely solely on the supplements.

At the time of reviewing these are £8.97, which is a third more than a competitor is offering for the same amount of capsules at the same strength. In other words, they are currently poor value although this brand is usually highly competitive. Otherwise, I deem them to be a marginally effective supplement which help to suppress the appetite and burn fat (I have managed to eradicate snacks in between meals) although you have to be careful with sustained intake, due to the reported risk of liver damage. Do your research and proceed with caution.

I don’t know if it’s just for me or not but I didn’t see or feel anything after using this. Oh except I couldn’t sleep well.
