This is the cutest barbell! It fits perfectly in my ear and has not caused a reaction. I do not wear it continuously, since it's not the most comfortable to sleep in, but it sure makes a statement during the day!

Received item that appeared defective- was unable to remove the end of the industrial bar so I couldn’t use it. Customer service was not helpful when contacted. Strict return policy made it impossible to return or exchange after opening the packaging, but wouldn’t have known item was defective without opening it.

This bar looks great in my ear. I love the way the heart is not stationary and can move.

Cute idea, but I am not terribly impressed by the construction. The heart in the middle is not welded to the main bar; it's a charm that is kept in place by a small elastic band on either side. It slides around and can be annoying to adjust. The twist off parts are nicer than other arrow barbells I've bought, and don't seem like they will strip easily.

Speedy delivery. It irritates my ear if I wear it for more than a day but it's super cute
