When I 1st ordered I was skeptic. The price really had me wondering if I maybe screwed up. Was it just gonna waste my time. So I ordered not only 2 of these, I ordered 2 completely different ones twice the price of these.I followed the instructions and got them set up to my phone. Got the APP programed and then mounted them.Problem with these cameras is you CANNOT install screws in the bottom 2 holes. I went back to the instruction and nothing.Another thing is it will not save time zone.OH WELL. They are not that heavy and I did mount them with 1 screw.The PTZ pan tilt and zoom are awesome both on the app and the NVR. I have a Hiseeu nvr.The video is WOW!! Clear. night vision is very good. This camera surprised the crap out of me. Very nice for the price. Even got family to order it.It has a human tracking mode, alarms and it easily connected to my NVR. I highly recommend it. You are gonna be very pleased.Update: 4/19/21. I have since bought more of these cameras. I love them. I have 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. You can set them up for human tracking. I elected not too. motion detect is awesome. I am very pleased with them. Easy to install. Of course with any wifi cams you need a fast broadband internet. But if you are home they will connect to the app without internet. Kinda like a drone connects to your app on its own wifi connect.Update: I contacted support and corrected the time hack problem. I was adding the cam to my NVR which was conflicting with the NVR computer. The NVR would not accept the Cam. Support showed me how to bypass the cam computer and the NVR corrected the time hack. Thanks support.

I have been using security cameras since 2000 where they were wired. Been through several systems and currently run Hiseeu Security. I have found rotating cameras to be the best. THIS camera has something I REALLY LIKE. Ihas an alarm that goes off for 15 seconds. I HAVE been able to hook it to the Hiseeu system and now I have it on my monitor and the hiseeu HD system. I LOVE this Camera! It is the best I have purchased for my money. I WILL be buying more. I love the alarm and intelligence lighting and I want you guys to know for the money three or four of these rotating cameras will fill your needs!

Camera constantly gets stuck. Sd card unmounts whenever it feels like it. You're supposed to able to see a short clip of motion as a preview, it doesn't work. There previous versions worked much better. Tried contacting this company they never replied. Spend a little more so you can get a better quality camera. Oh, and they jacked up the price which makes it even worse. Don't buy this camera. Hope I saved someone else the trouble and inconvenience this camera gives.

This camera connected easily to my OHWOAI system that I already had. Although I have 8 stationary cameras on the system, it was able to add as a stand alone unit using the same app. I was not all that surprised with the quality of the camera since I already knew what to expect with the 8 camera system, but now being able to pan the camera remotely and having excellent visual quality with motion activation, my family feels more secured.

Over all it's a very good security camera the night vision in it is awesome see things you can't see the motion detection is a little slow on picking up but once it picks it up it will follow. The only problem I see is the Wi-Fi cannot be too far from the home sensor so if you have a big house it's kind of hard to put out but all in all for the value of the price not bad

This is definitely a great camera and I would highly recommend it. That being said be sure to add the camera to your NVR first before you mount it. It will save you time. Plug the camera directly into your NVR Network Port even if it's a Wi-Fi NVR and set it up then you can go hang it up somewhere. Overall I love ohwoai products. This camera even sees pretty damn well without infrared or night light.

So finally received my surveillance cam as I needed it ASAP. This thing is HUGE. Like noticeably “hey your are being watched. Look at me” huge.Also, trying to connect this to the wifi was super annoying. You had to go through unnecessary steps just to have it connected to your wifi. I’m pretty sure those who aren’t as patient and internet savvy would have been very frustrated. The app you need to download onto your phone is terrible. I had to reinstall & Re download 5 times u til it stopped force closing & freezing.Now about the quality. Quality isn’t that great. It lags a lot too. (I pay for supreme internet/wifi connection) I know you can never really base something off price as I’ve seen expensive cams let me down with issues & cheaper ones exceed their quality. But I’m pretty disappointed in this one & just should have waited a little to purchase something else. To make time to try to have it returned is a nuisance since for amazon we have to go to an amazon drop off store to return it. Not many prefer to spend extra money to have it returned. Had high hopes. Bummer. May be the size will deter any trespassers. “Shrugs”

I connected this Hiseeu PTZ WiFi camera 2 ways: 1. standalone via Smartphone and 2. NVR WiFi system from Hiseeu. The 'LIGHT' icon is only in Smartphone app. Customer service was very fast and helpful when I asked if NVR control has 'LIGHT' button or not and customer support pointed me to Smartphone, video quality, Infrared or Color. Auto Cruise also work with this I have 2 other non-Hiseeu PTZ camera, somehow didn't work with 'Auto Cruise'. WiFi connection if you follow instructions, not that difficult.
