cotton obi
Very nice obi. The cotton is smooth and strong, yet easily tied (fold-able.) It is well made and durable... worn every day for almost 2 years now, it has held up beautifully.

High Qulaity Obi
The material was softer than I figured which made it more workable. The width was perfect for tying the knot. After tied it did not work loose. It did not work loose after insertion of saya. It fit well underneath hakama. I recommend this product for any serious kenjutsu practicer or for the average person who likes to wear Japanese style house coats in the evening. It did not shrink or bleed much when washed.

Definitely high quality!
Not as wide as expected, but fit and works very well. Good quality product.

It's what I was looknig for.
It's made of a nice, thick cloth with a good looking texture and stitching. It's sturdy enough for a katana or iaito.

Works just the way I need for iaijutsu.
Simple, just the right length and width. Not thick. Not tapered. Ties easily. Simple and works. If you are looking for fancy and thick, try another. If you want functional this is it.

Obi
Made very well. Not for katana keeping. It would make a pretty good black belt but not for holding katanas in it. Too narrow. Too short. Only about a half inch wider than my belt for my gi and same length. Might be ok for use for a kendo uniform but not sure as I do not practice that.

Decent obi
This is a usable obi if you only plan on wearing one sword. In order to wear the traditional Daisho (pairing of a long sword and a short sword) a wider belt is required. In truth, the wider belt will work better even if you are wearing one sword, but is likely to cost more.
