Not the intended use. But ... even better!
So I bought this cream wishfully thinking maybe it would help me sleep, but figuring it couldn’t hurt… I could smell the lavender when I put it on. A little goes a long way and it was soothing but I didn’t really particularly notice that it helped me sleep but maybe ...Today I scaulded myself with steam when opening a pot of boiling water on my stove. It hit mostly one finger and wasn’t too bad but it burned like crazy. I’ve dealt with that for like two hours and couldn’t believe I don’t have any burn cream. I looked online for recipes for something to help with burns because I have essential oils and what not and I saw that lavender is supposed to help with burns. I don’t happen to have any lavender essential oil because it’s a smell I’m not super fond of but I remembered smelling the lavender in the cream so I thought why not try it? it’s lavender and chamomile and those both sounded pretty soothing. I put some on and the pain immediately went away. It was really quite amazing. Now this wasn’t a bad burn but it was enough that it’s done and burned for hours. I’m amazed I don’t market it for burn relief. I admit the relief was somewhat of short duration so I had to keep reapplying it but only a small amount at a time and well worth the effort. So, I’m not sure about helping you sleep because I’m a pretty serious insomniac so nothing much helps me (not even ambian always helps) but I sure am glad that I bought it!

Interesting product, use sparingly, results will vary.
I am so sick of sleeping pills, so based on the good reviews here I decided to give it a try. I noticed that the results are pretty divisive - it seems to either work great or not at all. The first time I used it I think I overdid it. I put it all over my neck and my chest. I did fall asleep within 30 minutes (unusual) but I woke up VERY groggy, like your Melatonin hangover. So, it's a lot like Melatonin in that sometimes it can make you groggy, and for me the results unpredictable. But I do like using this more now than Melatonin pills. The dosages are too high and I just hate pills. For this you can use just a tiny bit and it should be helpful. Glad I purchased.

Product arrived damaged but Good Customer Support
Product arrived damaged with the lid broken. Had to transfer the cream in a new jar. Good thing it was sealed. Would give it a 5 star otherwise.I put the cream on my wrists, temples and soles as I read those are the best spots for it to work. I think it helps a bit. Been able to fall asleep faster with it. First time using it I felt drodgy the next morning. But probably because of all the sleep remedies I tried altogether at once.EDIT:Good Customer Support, I contacted them to let them know and they tried to send me a new one. It never arrived, I let them know and they sent me a full refund.

This stuff has really helped me drift off to sleep.
I've only been using this cream for over a week, but I can say with gratitude that it really does help me fall asleep. I have had sleeping problems for 45 years, and nothing helps. I take multiple medications at night to help me sleep, but sometimes it takes forever to drift off. This has changed that. I rub it into my temples, then rub the rest on my forehead and cheeks. It doesn't take much, just a very small amount, like dime sized. It has a pleasant, but not strong smell, and feels very light and silky smooth. In a half hour or so, I have fallen asleep watching tv. That is something that has never happened to me before. I love it. I wanted to try it out myself before recommending it to my daughter, who also suffers from insomnia. I am going to give her my jar and order another.

Great product. Works well.
Powerful fragrance of lavender. Smooth, creamy lotion texture. You don't need much.I opt to put on my belly under my sleep shirt so I'm not overpowered by the smell as I drift off to sleep. I do find that I sleep deeper when I use it and that I also have a slightly more difficult time getting up in the morning. I'm a morning person so I typically jump out of bed ready to go. I feel like this product makes me a bit more like the rest of the world. I move slower, yawn, walk around and defrost while I drink my tea and then I'm ready to face my day. For this reason, I'll only use this when I'm actively under a lot of stress that is causing insomnia or bad dreams that impact a full sleep cycle. Its a nice tool to have at the ready, though. I think its a good product.

My latest aid to sleeping
There is nothing that I dislike about the product. When I apply it about l hour before bed, I sleep at least 4 hours straight. I then sometimes apply more Melatonin Night Cream, and I doze back to sleep.

Mmmmm not sure....
I’ve had for a week or so, been applying it every night, but I find that it burns my face and eyes slightly. I don’t usually have sensitivity to products, and I don’t smoosh it into my eyes either, but whenever I put it on, and I go around the perimeter of my eyes, it burns! It also slightly burns my skin, so I’m not sure if this is normal or I got a fluke? Maybe I’ll try applying to my soles as I’ve read other have done. As for it’s effectiveness, I’m not 100% on that either.... just yet anyway. I’ll keep giving this a try and maybe update my review if anything changes. I have a hard time falling asleep, and once I finally do, it’s hard to stay asleep. We shall see... still staying hopeful.
