This is the first probiotic I have taken, out of many brands that I have tried in 20 years, that actually has made a difference for me (in not getting soft stools or diarrhea every 3 or 4 days). I'm not changing brands again!

I have IBS with constipation along with severe acid indigestion. I have been taking Dexilant (a prescription) one tablet twice a day to try to control the acid activity. I tried the Probiotic supplement in hopes that it would help reduce the acid activity but I did not feel any change whatsoever.

I have been taking this Probiotic for almost a month now. It works as well or even better than any of the probiotics I have tried before. Due to some previous surgeries and issues, my gastroenterologist highly recommends I take a probiotic, so I have tried many different kinds and brands. Vitability Cruise Probiotic supplement has worked wonderfully. The thing I love the most is that I do not have to refrigerate it. I can leave it in my bedside drawer to take with all my other meds. Since you can keep it at room temperature, you can put it in your pill pack if you have one, which helps with consistency in taking it. As for taking it, It is a small sphere, so very easy to swallow. And a bonus that you only have to take one small sphere a day. I was offered this product at a discount for my honest review. I take that responsibility very seriously because as a shopper, I depend on honest reviews. So, I make sure my reviews are as honest as can be. As I have said, I have tried many different kinds of probiotics.
