The best coffee you can buy this side of the pond.
Coming from Europe, this decade not 90 decades ago, we love real coffee and this is real coffee. It tastes as good as if you buying it and drinking it in Portugal, Italy, Spain or France. It's prefect.

Full Cycle Espresso blend (whole bean)
First let me say that I was offered a free bag of the Full Cycle blend in exchange for a review when Nossa Familia set up their own page on Amazon. I've purchased this blend direct from the roaster several times in the past & knew that I would like it. The bag I received, sold & shipped by Nossa Familia, was roast dated the day it shipped so it was defintely fresh when I received it several days later. Make sure you order on the Nossa Familia storefront page if you want freshly roasted beans with a roast date on the bag that are shipped directly from Nossa Familia. Orders placed on the Prime page are shipped by Amazon & based on the reviews I read may have an expiration date instead of a roast date. No telling how old these beans would be. As far as the blend itself I gave it 7 days rest post roast before pulling shots. I found that my straight shots were best when pulled at 200*F after trying various temps between 198*F-203*F. It's pretty much as described on their website. Starts out with a nice caramel/chocolate flavor followed by some fruit (mild citrus). My favorite part of the shot is the sweet aftertaste that lingers for an hour or two on your tastebuds. HIghly recommend this blend!!

Just buy it direct from Nossa Familia
I’ve been pulling shots at home since 2003. About 5 years ago, while traveling to Portland, I hit up the Nossa cafe on a coffee crawl. Ever since, I’ve had the Full Cycle as one of my regulars in rotation with roasters like Dragonfly, Kuma, Chromatic, George Howell. I had just finished 4# of Full cycle when I received a promotional bag to try out the Amazon site. While the new bag pulled pretty well at the same grind level and using the same parameters, it was missing the floral overtones that round out the heavy bottom shot that usually predominates in this blend. Don’t get me wrong, it was/is still really good, but not as good as buying it directly from Nossa Familia. Also disappointing is the replacement of the roast date on the bag with an expiration date. Yeah, there’s just too much fantastic coffee to buy directly from roasters to trust this business to Amazon.

Good coffee that my husband and I both liked.
This is actually really good coffee. I was really looking for coffee that I could order online sometimes when things get hectic that was also small batch, environmentally conscious, and family owned. I first had their coffee at a local bagel shop and decided to try it at home. I worked at a local, coffee shop for seven years while I completed my BA and MS. I drink a lot of coffee.I’ve been looking for a coffee that is sustainably farmed and this company seems to be doing that. The coffee brewed well in my home coffee pot (it’s a pour over flat bottom filter pot with a glass lined carafe). The flavor was good. It’s not acidic at all. Really easy flavor. People who came over liked drinking it. And a friend put cream in it and that seemed to work. I’ve been drinking it black.I’ll buy again, and I’m interested to try some of the other roasts.

Really like the coffee!
I was looking for a low-acid coffee and this fits the ticket. It has a good flavor. The downside is it's quite expensive.

Great espresso beans!!
I’ve been ordering Nossa Familia coffee beans for a few years now. Time after time they continue to produce exceptionally well roasted beans which I primarily use for espresso. I highly recommend the full cycle for espresso. I’ve tried other offerings as well in their series of coffees and they’ve all been fantastic. Currently using their gesha for pour over coffee and it may be the best I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about them!! Thanks Nossa!

Brazilian decaf coffee
I really didn’t like this coffee. It’s very weak, doesn’t tasted like coffee at all.

Quality coffee from a quality roaster
A great roast with a well-balanced profile. Make sure you pick what kind of grind you want! Meant to grab whole bean but bought filter ground on accident, still made a wonderful french press though.
