This is a delightful book. The author shows his love for the subject in this well researched and photographed warm book. He traveled around the country to find these old hardware stores and took excellent pictures and nicely captured the interesting historys and fastening tidbits about the businesses. Highly recommended for anyone with an interest in retail, history, or Americana. Required for anyone with an interest in hardware stores.

Serious work went into this book.... lovely to get a signed copy.
